Description of Work: Had a water emergency on a Saturday afternoon. I knew who to call as they had been there for me in the past for same problem.They arrived within 45 minutes and addressed the problem quickly. Steve Hoppe was in charge- professional in reviewing the scope and costs and contracts. They did what they had to do and I knew that our home was in good hands. Anytime I had a question, someone took the call and promptly. This was a three level damage and I was assured by my insurance adjuster that they had performed a great extraction and drying plan.

Description of Work: With white carpet and six cats, we rely on Langenwalter to keep our home fresh. They're excellent with stains and the carpet looks like new when they're finished. On the rare occasion when a stain doesn't lift on the first pass, someone follows up immediately at no charge. Our technician, Jay, is always prompt and professional. I do have one suggestion: offer to move furniture for an extra fee. I referred my parents recently and, while they were pleased with results, the previous competitor they used had two-man crews. Since they're older, furniture moving is more of an inconvenience.

IF WE DO AN ON-SITE ESTIMATE TO DETERMINE WHAT FURNITURE NEEDS TO BE MOVED & HOW MANY TECHICIANS WOULD BE NEEDED, WE CAN SET-UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE NEEDED HELP. THERE WOULD BE AN EXTRA CHARGE TO MOVE FURNITURE.
