I have been using them for 4 or 5 years. They are very good and were able to get black finger nail polish off the carpet. They take great care of you, better than anyone else I have used. They take a lot of pride in the job they do.

The carpet tech, Johnny, arrived on time, was courteous and took care to protect my floors and furniture. He pre-treated spots and took a lot of time cleaning. While some of the stains did not come out, I was aware that might happen. I would hire them again.

The cleaner was very nice. We had three rooms cleaned. I didn't want to hover, so I stayed in the kitchen, but before I did, I showed him three pet stains in dining room. Two of the three stains came back. When I called to ask about it, the receptionist (she was unhelpful) said the cleaning person didn't treat the stains. She said they don't guarantee stains unless we pay three hundred more dollars (I already paid one hundred fifty). It was explained that it is a two-day process. Frankly I think that is ridiculous. I googled how to get out stains, and used a vinegar and baking soda solution that worked find This makes me even more disgruntled. I think they are cheating people and I will never use them again or recommend them. They could have told me about the solution. Also at my initial call to hire them the same receptionist told me they don't move furniture. My friend who used them in the past said that they did. I thought I would call them one more time and ask them. Again she said they don't move furniture. I said I didn't have any room to put the family room furniture some where else. Then she said cleaner could scoot out of way, clean then move back. I'm surprised with that receptionist they get any business at all.

They did a great job and stand behind their reputation. One small stain came back and they came back.

They did a good job over all. They had worked for us after our basement flooded. We trust this company.
