Description of Work: My son was selling his house. Since he had already moved to Tampa, Florida, we helped him. The house sold and the inspection required a lot of work. We used Langenwalter to fix most of the problems listed on the inspection. They did a fantastic job. It saved me so much trouble finding different contractors to do what they did in one day.
