Description of Work: Steam cleaned master bedroom and dressing area, upstairs hallway, staircase, large area rug, traffic area of the study and one small bedroom. Jay was friendly, very punctual, and seemed to have done a good job of both general cleaning and cleaning the two small stains I pointed out to him. Seemed very knowledgable and competent. We had two concerns about the process: the swivel rockers overlapping the area rug were not moved for cleaning and the carpet in all areas took nearly 48 hours to fully dry, not the 6-8 hours we were told. In fact, the staircase was soaking wet for a full 24 hours. I called 6 hours after the cleaning to express concern that the carpets were still very wet. The office employee checked with Jay, who told her that he had told me it could take 8 hours to dry. True, but not the response I had anticipated from a company of this stellar reputation. |I have used them for cleaning before, but will probably not look to them for further service. |

Extra water is introduced when working on heavily soiled carpet. The carpet being more wet is normal when rinsing, re-cleaning, rinsing, re-cleaning, and rinsing. That’s why it can extend the dry time. We have no idea the exact time it will take to dry. We are sorry if this inconvenienced our customer.
