Dan cleaned family room, 2 bedrooms, stairs, hallway. Had some pretty intense pet stains in bedroom that he was ( miraculously) able to remove and deodorize.

Chris was great and was very flexible when we needed to change the rooms being cleaned. He was also very patient as I worked to prepare those last minute rooms for cleaning. He did an outstanding job and the carpet - which is getting up in years - looks very good.

It all went very well as it always does when Langenwalter cleans our carpets. We had everything ready when their technician Jay arrived. He cleaned three bedrooms, a dining room, small hall and family room. He did an excellent job, our carpets have never looked better. We have recommended Langenwalter in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Based on Angie's List reviews, I asked Lagenwalter to clean the carpet in a newly purchased home. I was called by the technician to agree on a time to meet & he went right to work. Very pleased!

We have used Langenwalter several times & have always been beyond impressed. They are courteous, professional & do a fantastic job.

I have never been more dissatisfied. On a scale 1-10, I would be complimenting them a 3. I have talked to them about the issue. They were to send out a specific person to do the job originally. I waited a month to get the person that I had requested to come out. They sent out someone else that did a very poor job. They didn't clean the carpet consistently. There were clean streaks throughout the carpet. The technician, Damon, had an attitude of someone that was very rushed. I would never recommend him or his company under any circumstance.

Great! They were honest and open about the rooms that did or did not need cleaning. So I didn't have to break the bank. Great job and on time.
