They were really nice and they were able to take care of some trouble spots I had. They didn't do more than I wanted done (no pressure for more work). He was able to get carpet upstairs cleaned which we thought we would have to replace. Good work.

GREAT! RYAN GOT OUT ALL OF THE STAINS. OUR CARPETING LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. RYAN ALSO GAVE ME SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO CARE FOR MY CARPETING.

HE WAS RUNNING LATE, BUT CALLED BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME TO TELL ME. WHEN HE CAME, HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. THE RESULTS WERE EXCELLENT, AND HE DID A SMALL SPOT ON A SOFA FOR ME.

Following an illness that caused stains to the carpet I called Lagenwalter Carpet Stain Removal; they were able to schedule a stain specialist to come the following day. The courteous specialist arrived on time. He looked at the problem areas and gave a written estimate on the cost for doing the job. I agreed to the charges; he began the job immediately. The job was completed quickly and the results were excellent. He said the stains should be permanently gone but if anything should reappear to call and they would correct the situation without further charge. I was very pleased with the technichan and the work he performed.

They came for the initial walk through around 3:00 on 2/18 and by 6:00 they had returned with 2 large fans, 2 air cleaners and a Dragon portable furnace. We were out of our house for about 7 days while the cleaning crew worked. When we arrived home everything looked great. The only thing that was left was some debris from the duct work, left in the upstairs bathrooms which were not carpeted so we had to clean that ourselves. They even fixed our front door even though it had actually been broken by the fire department when they entered our home to put out the fire. Price reflects 5000 square foot home with 6 bathrooms and 3 levels.

He arrived on time and completed the job in the time that was given as a time frame. He made very little mess and cleaned up the small amount of dust.

Their work was outstanding. The repair person was able to remove a stain and then dye the carpet to match.

They were just excellent. I needed them to come at night, and I had a limited window of time to get the work done. They were able to meet my request for Thursday night service, which was impressive. Most places only do work from 8-5. They were very prompt and got it done in approx. 3 hours.

They were able to come right out the same day and work me into their schedule. They are also very accommodating in their scheduling and will return to do more work at a time that is more convenient to me. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and really know what he is doing. The girls in the office were also very helpful.

They were great and did an awesome job. They had a very reasonable price and were here on time.

I called to schedule an appointment and the fit me in quickly. The were very professional and informative taking the time to explain what they were doing and how their equipment worked. They left the house clean and I would definitely use them again!

They cleaned carpet in 8 rooms. I called and set up an appointment. They came out quickly, were very professional and did a great job. The price was good compared to what I had heard from other places. I would definitely use them again!

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE STAIN HAD BEEN THERE FOR I DONT KNOW HOW LONG. THE CARPET HAD BEEN CLEANED BEFORE, BUT THE STAIN HAD NOT COME OUT. THESE GUYS TOOK CARE OF THE STAIN. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK.

They were outstanding and the grades speak for themselves.

Their technicians were at my house for 4 hours. They not only clean out the ducts, but every air vent as well. I suffer from severe allergies, and since the ducts were cleaned I have not had a headache. This company does excellent work.

They were able to remove some red food coloring out of my carpet. They were very thorough. Excellent job. Unlike others, the company removes stains for good. Chris delivers superior service.

Wow! This company is a diamond in the rough! When we called the main office, the staff answering the phones was knowledgeable and professional. They dispatched Jay to come out to give us an estimate at our convenience. We found him to be punctual, courteous and professional. After interviewing many other companies over the phone, we decided to try Langenwalter, needless to say, we will use this company in the future. Jay came out to clean our whole house and three couches, he called an hour before he arrived, he again arrived on schedule and was courteous and professional. His work was superb and with an eye for the details that usually get overlooked by other professionals. He included some extras at no additional charge that we didn t discuss when he came out to give us the estimate. Top notch job Jay! If Angie's list had a 5-Star category, Langenwalter would get my vote, they have earned it!

My daughter was very sick and the mess was too much for me to clean up and get out all the stain. I called Langenwalter and they were here within 2 hours. Jay cleaned the carpet getting the stain out completely. He was very polite and knowledgeable, going the extra mile to get the carpet clean.

THEY DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, JUST SMALL PIECES.

It was thorough and a really good job. They came when they were supposed to and didn't overcharge. Clean and nicely done.

Jay did an excellent job. He called ahead during the time that we were quoted. He was able to get all the stain and smell out of the 2 large vomit spots. He also was very informative and professional.
