+ -1 moreI'm extremely satisfied with the cleaning! Keith was on time and very professional. Within just a few minutes of arrival, he evaluated the house and provided a cost estimate for the service. When I returned from work, I immediately noticed the clean look and fresh scent of the carpet in every room. All of the stains were removed and the carpet even seemed to have more body to it. I will continue to use Langenwalter for my future cleaning needs and would highly recommend them to everyone else!
Description of Work: I wanted to have the carpets cleaned for a home I recently purchased. There were not very many noticeable stains, but I still thought it would be a good idea to do one of those ''out with the old, in with the new'' cleanings.

+ -1 moreI would highly recommend. Just last week some delivery people got spots on carpet, and I am going to call this company right now.
Description of Work: I had this company come twice. The first time, I needed a whole house cleaned for the sale of the property. The appointment was easily scheduled to suit the day I wanted the work done. The tech worked in the empty house. I came later to pay, and to check the work. The carpets looked very good. The traffic patterns looked amazingly clean. At my new house, my husband called to schedule a whole house cleaning. He wanted to be there to move any furniture for the tech. The appoitment was made for the same day! The carpets were cleaned VERY well, and the tech was very polite and courteous. I would recommend them highly. I did not research price, but I thought for the area cleaned, it was very good. He cleaned a large master BR and a study (very dirty area by desk). He cleaned a large stairwell with a landing, a 20x 6ft traffic way and three bedrooms, one with bed removed. I felt I got a fair price.

Description of Work: LaMone Rogers "removed" several bleach stains in the middle of the carpet. He then matched the dark color and re-dyed the carpet.

+ -1 moreThey were most helpful in setting up the arrangements to do work in someone else's home - and how I would pay for it. According to the host, the young men were most polite, took their shoes off, did the process four times and wanted to make sure she was pleased with the results. They were good to work with and helped my husband and I when we were in a uncomfortable spot(that's a pun).
Description of Work: Removed red wine stain my husband spilled on white carpet in a home where we were guests at a party. Wine splotches were spread over a 2 square foot area. I called Langenwalter the next day about arrangements to go to the host's home to do the work. They had worked with this type of situation before. Stain was removed very thoroughly and 1 year guarantee given for a free re-treatment should the stain reappear (which they doubted would happen). Host liked their work so much asked them to do additional work, which they did.

Chris Wright (GM) and crew did an outstanding job. Chris stated what he would do and always delivered his work on time. Chris worked well with my insurance company to insure claim was filed, processed and paid.
Description of Work: Dried out the crawl space, due to water from broken pipes. Removed mold from subflooring. Sprayed material to prevent mold from returning.

We had an ink stain from a color laser printer, a red wine stain and a bleach stain. My husband and I watched every small and big stain in our carpets vanish. We watched them recolor our carpet where we had a bleach stain; very impressive. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets on the stairs, landing, 4 bedrooms and all the closets. The previous owner had a dog so there was an incredible amount of hair, especially on the stairs. Todd raked and vacuumed up all the hair and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets.
