We were extremely pleased with the cleaning and their ability to remove stains. The cleaner was prompt, polite and finished his work on time. He came back the next day to follow-up on some really stubborn areas. We would recommend them highly.

Great experience! 18-year-old, heavily used carpets were cleaned and restored. No other service that I've used left carpets as clean as the Langenwalter service. Will use again!

Prompt, polite, and honest. They gave me a cost range for the work depending on how long they had to work on the stain. They kept me informed of what they were doing and their expectations. My bill came in at the low end of their range. I was very pleased. I highly recommend.

He did a good job and was very friendly. There was a problem with one area that required him to come back the following day because there was a large brown spot in the carpet. He rearranged his schedule to come back because we have our house on the market and couldn't wait until the following Monday. The stain was much better after he left but didn't come out fully. I didn't want to be available for a third visit so I cleaned that spot myself with a product I had on hand from ChemDry.

Very punctual, professional; gave reasonable quote and performed work same day. Went above and beyond contracted work. Was done on time and cleaned up after himself.

Called ahead on day of cleaning. Came as scheduled. Did a very good job, and was pleasant to deal with.

The tech came within the window given and he was able to get the job quickly. He did a great job and the floor didn't feel soggy like many other cleaners. I felt they were very reasonable and customer satisfaction is important to them. There was a follow up call to see how the job went. I was very impressed.

The carpet cleaner was on time and did a great job. He was very respectful to our possessions. I think the cost was a little much, since it was only a hallway and one room. He did not even have to move anything. His original quote was $160, but being an Angie's List member it got it cut to $135. He did a great job, but when the lady in the office told me it did not sound like a difficult job and should be about $90, to have him almost double that was a little shocking. I had him do the job but will seek another company in the future.

Langenwalter really knows the service industry. I own a lawn care so I am picky on service. Langenwalter has a five star company as far as I'm concerned.

Keith was prompt, courteous, caring and understanding. He explained what he was going to do. He explained that he would try to get the bad stain in the living room out of the carpet, but he might be unsuccessful. Well he was successful and I'm delighted.

Job 1: We've had our carpet cleaned by other co s, & this was by far the best cleaning! When I came home, it looked like we had brand new carpet! We had some stains that I didn't think they'd be able to get out (thanks to our dog & 2 yr old), but they got all of them out & our carpet looks beautiful! I called to schedule an appt, & Mitch called me back right away. I needed the cleaning done quickly, because it was right before the holidays, & they were able to work us in. It's been almost 2 months, & the carpet still looks great. I would HIGHLY recommend them!! Job 2: We've used Langenwalter before & we re just as pleased this time as we were the last time! Our carpet looks brand new! Our dog ate some wood chips that came out of a smoker & then got sick on our carpet. So, that was an oil based stain & I didn't think they would get it out & they did! And, it hasn't come back either! Everyone that I've spoken with at Langenwalter is very, very polite! We won't use anyone else!

We feel that the serviceman- Bill- did an excellent job, & was courteous & friendly. We've used Langenwalter many times & have found them to be prompt, reliable, & satisfying.

From the first contact with the office staff it was a pleasure working with this company. I had to reschedule several times and each time they were happy to accommodate. The carpets were pretreated, steam cleaned, then protected. I plan to use Langenwalter again soon for upholstery cleaning.

They were great! They got all of the stains out and even got my bleach spots out (they were the size of dinner plate). They were really honest about the billing and just did a wonderful job.

Jay did a fantastic job of cleaning. Every spot, even ink, was totally gone. All the carpet he worked on looked brand new when done. Jay was totally polite and on time. Price was very reasonable.

They were ok. They guy showed up to do the work about 4pm and said it would dry overnight. The next day the carpets were still pretty damp until mid-am and had a little bit of a dirty water smell that eventually went away. He was a very nice and friendly person but talked a lot. I am thinking about trying someone else next time. It wasn't an awful experience, but I've had better.

The young man who performed the service was professional, polite, and explained everything. He called to tell us how long it would take him to arrive, and then even asked us if we wanted to see the rubbish in the vent! He then proceeded to clean another vent in case it had something in it. There was very little to no mess.

Professional manner, no hidden charges, clean explanation, & timely service. Good.

Jay was excellent! They are very responsive and flexible. They were willing to just clean spots in some rooms, rather than doing the whole area. The quality of the work was tremendous. I would definitely use them again.
