Job 1: They were really good and prompt at assessing the damage and getting here at times in the middle of the night. Job 2: They were awesome! It was such a mess and they did a great job!

Bill arrived and moved the furniture out of the living room. He pulled up the carpet and stretched it properly, including making the necessary repairs around the fireplace. He did a wonderful job, was very courteous, and we have a carpet that looks as good, or better, than the day it was installed.

In getting the over-the-phone estimate, I was told that I would be called back soon. I actually called back a few hours later and got the estimate. Other than that it was a stellar experience. Steve arrived on time, went through the house to verify work and got started prepping. He spent approximately 4 - 5 hours doing the work. All anticipated stains were removed and the carpets & furniture look fresh again. He was courteous to my wife who speaks English pretty well. He was very thorough, and I would certainly call them again without hesitation as well as recommend them to others for any work. It was a great experience.

They really can get rid of the odor. I highly recommend Jessie, he was fabulous.

Lamone Rogers showed up promptly, described his process for stain removal, & gave me a quote. He was successful in getting the stain out.

Very good job. There were several stains all of which came out and none of which came back as of yet. However, the technician said they would come back if the stains returned.

They did a great job. They got a lot out of it. I was very pleased. They were very personable.

Ryan did an wonderful job. He got the red stain in our big room. Plus, the office called us and ask if everything is all right. This is good customer service.

Pickup and delivery were on time, and the cleaning results were excellent. Rugs were returned promptly, wrapped in plastic sheeting for protection. I will use this company in the future.

Steve did a great job of describing what he was going to do. He worked very diligently the first time here and said he would be back in a few days to re-do some of the spots (which he had told us up front that some spots would require more than one treatment). He was professional and excellent in all aspects. Our carpets look like new, and I would never have guessed that the spots would have disappeared the way they have. Many hours were dedicated to the cleaning, and it shows. They were not cheap but worth it.

The estimate was very reasonable. He really worked hard to get it clean. Most of it came clean. One carpet area didn't but I think it was the carpet and not him. My only complaint was that it stayed wet for 3 to 4 days, I thought it would be shorter than that. The price was very reasonable for what he did.

It took them 3 days to return the call. By that time, I had hired someone else.

I am satisfied with the service. Good job, good price, good follow up.

They did a wonderful job. They got the stain out so well that you would have to have someone point it out to you in order to tell. They really just did a great job.

Ryan was the employee that came to give me an estimate. He was prompt and very nice. He was helpful in telling me that they could help me out. They came back and pretreated on a Monday, on Tuesday they came to clean. My carpets looked so good and smelled so much better. The only problem I had was my carpet was very wet. A few days later they were still wet, I called and they had someone out right away to put a fan on the carpet. The carpets did dry and when they came to pick up the fan he also sprayed a deoderizer. So now my carpets look good and smell good too!!!!!

Jesse and Nick were punctual, friendly, fast, and effective. They gave me an exact estimate before performing work. They also left me a pair of plastic booties so that I could walk on the carpet while it was drying. The carpet looks great.

All stains were unknown to us. They came with the house. Jason was very personable and did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company.

Jay was very thorough and did an excellent job of removing stains. One stain returned after the carpet dried. We have an appointment scheduled to attempt to re-clean. Jay is very experienced, knowledgeable, pleasant and the office staff is very responsive.

They were absolutely fabulous. They were great with my kids and friendly to my dog.

Service was excellent. The technician, Bill Hanson, was very prompt, courteous and efficient. The company called with a follow up the next business day to see if I was satisfied.

The service guy, Todd, was friendly and professional. However, he did NOT accept the ANGIE'S LIST COUPON. He said it could not be used toward this service - eventhough NO exceptions are listed on the coupon. This wasn't the fault of Todd - but a problem of the company. For this reason, I have to rate my overall experience a ''B.'' I'm not sure I would hire them again because of the coupon issue.

He was very good. The price was reasonable. They were prompt and professional. After doing the carpet cleaning he told me about some other people in the company that do pressure washing to remove the ivy on our walls. When they come out to give an estimate they are prepared to do the work right away.

It came off completely. You can't even see it. The price might have been a little steep but I'm glad to have it done.
