Chris was on time. Chris Was Very friendly & Walked Around house to look & Carpets. Chris then got to work. Chris always does great work.

On time, professional, spots treated first, good results.

Technician arrived on time and proceeded in his work in a professional manner. The charge was given to me in advance of the work preformed.

It was very good. They are very prompt in answering and very polite on the phone. I have one particular guy I usually request. He is highly requested. So, I'm willing to wait. They are very easy to work with and very easy to schedule. They arrive as scheduled. I will be using them in the next month again.

After carefully examining the carpet, the guy said he would recommend that we replace the carpet. He wasn't entirely sure the stains would come up and, even if they did, there were wear patterns in the carpet that wouldn't be corrected by cleaning. He said he would go ahead an clean it if I wanted and use his best efforts to remove the stains, but said that he thought I'd be money ahead to use the $150 towards buying new carpet. He said, "I'm just afraid that no matter how hard I work on this, you won't be satisfied with the result." I thanked him for his honest opinion. He had clearly explained and showed me examples of the areas of concern. Because of his clear explanation, I understood exactly where he was coming from. He had very clearly and directly answered my question, "should I clean or replace this carpet?" I am very impressed with this company's and the Rep's honesty, integrity and professionalism. I definitely would highly recommend them and will absolutely want to use them for future needs.

Easy to schedule tech, Steve, arrived on time, surveyed work to be done & outlined cost before starting. My only issue with lang on walters is the base rate – way too high think this company is the best around but the base rate of $ 130.00 is high for folks like us with only a 3 bedroom ranch I rarely recommend them to my friends because of it.

This is the third time Jason has cleaned our carpets. He does an excellent job. Particularly along the exes. We use this company exclusively.

Jason arrived promptly surveyed the carpet told us what he would do and gave an estimate which we agreed to. We wanted the bed moved in order to clean under it and behind. I helped him and was pleased to get that done. The carpet had some bad spots, they cleaned up well. Completed job in an hour.

Technician called ahead of arrival, which I appreciated. He was punctual, friendly and honest about what he could accomplish. He finished quickly and the results were great. I have used this company in the past and highly recommend them to others.

Jason is very thorough and informative. I particularly appreciated the hose guards he used to protect the corners of the walls and wood from any damage from the hose.

So far-after cleaning looks clean-stains removed! Other company remove stains after 2 cleanings.

He was supposed to arrive between 10 and 2 (having his first job at 8:30). He called about 9:50 to say he was on his way, and arrived promptly at 10. I thought he did a very thorough cleaning and did it better and faster than the company I have used for years. It also seems to be drying much faster than before--I think because he didn't get it soaking wet like the previous company. I'm very happy with the results! He even left me a bottle of spot cleaner since I was a new customer!

Great! Steve is always on time, personable, and professional. I've used this company for years. I only trust them to clean our high end sofa that has beautiful yet delicate cloth on it.

I think the did a good job. They weren't bad but they weren't great. I was kind of hoping he'd call me back because there was a bit of residue left on the carpet work. There was no followup. They cleaned a rug and kind of left it matted. They were nice and friendly but I think they could have been better. He was punctual. They wouldn't be my first choice.

Jason called about 30 minutes prior to arriving and met me for an estimate. I had other workers at the house, so Jason cleaned the carpets where he could and scheduled a time to come back and finish the rest.
