This was a great experience. I was trying to get an idea as to whether the carpet in our home could be made to look new again or ought to be replaced. It was very dirty and stained, and Keith said he was sure he'd make it look and smell brand new. He gave me an estimate and returned the next business day to do the work. It looks excellent! I'm preparing this house for sale, and he saved me the cost of replacement and did a beautiful job!

Cris knew that 1. I was on crutches 2. Mother in law very ill, in hospital 3. Husband's office moving in one day. I was stressed. He just came in and took care of everything in a professional manner. I felt as if I had someone like my brother here, who was going to take care of everything.

My first call to them got the work scheduled for the following week. They called the morning of the scheduled day, and again when the technician was about an hour away. Bill, the technician, was professional, courteous and thoroughly explained the whole process. We are very pleased with the results.

Chris Wright and his crew provided OUTSTANDING customer service throughout the process. They had to remove flooring and cabinets in order to get to the area that needed repair so this job was hard work. They worked quickly and were courteous and professional. They were happy to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot) and did a great deal of explaining to make sure I was comfortable with the process and satisfied with their work. I recommend them highly.

I contacted Langenwalter's to get an estimate and was told I could set an appointment and they would come out and give an estimate and could complete work immediately if I accepted the estimated. I scheduled for a Friday afternoon time slot from 3 PM-5 PM. At 4:45 the office called me to tell me that the person assigned to my job had been delayed at his previous job and it would be about 5:30 before he showed up and asked if I still wanted him to come by or to reschedule. We had him still come. At about 5:10 PM Jay called to say that he was on his way and to verify our location. When he showed up he looked around and then gave his estimate which included the 15% coupon from Angie's list as well as a discount for being late. He then went to work on cleaning. It took just over an hour and he did a fabulous job. The carpets look even better than I had imagined they would. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend. Great customer service - they called on Monday to follow up.

Through a referal I was told about Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning so I called them and they came out to take care of the stain. On the first visit they were unable to get the stain out of my carpet. They were able to get up a lighter spot but they did not address the "major issue" which was the dark spot. He told me he had got it up and that he had dyed the carpet to make it match. I think the stain looks worse now than it did before they did the work. He told me to give the dye 24 hours to dry and that I would see the results. It has been 24 hours and I think it looks worse. He charged me $85 for the work but on their truck they have a sign for 100% satisfaction guarantee, "we will remove it or fix it or there is no charge", something to that affect. I told him I was unhappy with the work and that they offer that guarantee. The stain is still there and I am very unhappy with the service!

Very well. Prior to setting up the appointment, the representative (the same person who came to perform the work) walked me through the process in detail and answered all of my questions making me comfortable enough to want to perform this service. When he arrived on site, he was very professional, polite, and personable. He answered my questions, and explained some aspects again. He explained the time line and schedule for what he would be doing, kept in communication with me at every step, demonstrated for me how the process worked, and was very accommodating. He was exactly what you want in a service representative. He appeared young, but his knowledge (when asked questions) was enough to reassure me that he knew what he was doing. His knowledge was not just memorized, but he KNEW it and knew how to explain it to others in detail without being too technical. I know a bit about HVAC systems and design, and ALL of the information that he provided to me was accurate and complete.

Mr. Hanson was on time, very polite, very knowledgeable, considerate, and did a very good job.

We are well satisfied with the work. The worker took time to explain what he was doing. He was very courteous.

The technicians arrived on time, were friendly and efficient. They measured all the areas first, and gave me an estimate of the cost of the project. They started imediately after my approval of the estimate and completed the work in a timely manor. All the carpets looked clean and fresh. They said if any spots appeared after the carpets had dried, to give them a call. Due to a chemcial reaction, brown areas actually did show up on the stairs, so I called a few days after the initial cleaning. Keith came the next day and was able to easily remove the brown areas very quickly. Their work was good in every way. I would definitely use them again.

Keith showed up right on time, gave us an estimate and started working within a few minutes. While making no promises (the carpet was fairly dated and needed some TLC), he fully understood my desire to get the carpet as clean as possible so I wouldnt have to replace it right away. I was very happy with his attitude, his knowledge, and his work ethic. The carpet, by the way, cleaned up quite nicely, including some high-traffic areas I was concerned about.

Once again, Chris, from Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning was punctual, polite and respectful. He cleaned the carpet to my satisfaction and even lowered his original estimate to do so, because it was such a small area and because I am a regular customer. I had previously tried another carpet cleaning company because of lower prices, but they did not get the carpets as clean and had to be called back again and again, thus wasting my time. I am now a permanent customer of Langenwalter.

Did you know that some household cleaning products will make a chemical burn mark on carpet? They will. Langenwalter replaced a small square of damaged carpet and now you can't even tell where the spot used to be. They also cleaned the carpet in our dining room.

I liked that I was able to kill two birds with one stone with this company, in that I got both the air ducts and carpet cleaned with one appointment. I'm not sure the air ducts had ever been cleaned (other than the dusting my cats gave them when they hid in there while the hardwood floors were being repaired), so I definitely think I got my money's worth with this project. Also, one of the workers chipped the paint in a doorway with his equipment and when I called to report it, he came back at my convenience on a Saturday to repaint the spot.

Bill came on time and worked very efficiently. Previous stains that reappeared were re-cleaned for free. He even repaired some parts of the carpet for free. The transformation in our carpet was noticeable and amazing. These guys know pet urine stains better than anyone.

Todd was on time, very polite and personable. He listened to my concerns and insured me he would do his best to get the carpets cleaned and the stains out. He did a great job and the carpets look very nice. I was very pleased with the work. Todd was also very neat while he worked.

Our white carpet has much traffic and Langenwalter was able to get not only the foot traffic stains removed but restore much of the overall look of the carpet in our highest traffic area.
