They did an excellent job. A sofa and love seat, 20 year old, and beige in color was dirty. It looks nearly new, so I don't need to buy new ones.

The young man was an excellent representative of this company. I was very pleased with their service & will recommend this company to all my neighbors whom I am sure will be having this same problem.

Everyone was prompt, friendly and helpful. The carpeting was badly stained by my husband's dogs, pretty much all over - and I was told that to individually treat each spot would cost more than replacement of the carpet. Instead, Jay recommended a thorough general pretreat and cleaning. This took care of most of the stains and the upholstery looks great. This company is a treasure to deal with.

They called the morning they were to arrive to confirm and showed up a little later than originally scheduled (although the phone call alerted me to the fact they were running 30 minutes late.) Over the phone they had estimated that it might take four hours; it took less than three. The technician was courteous and efficient.

Very professional, did a good job cleaning the carpets, even did a small area off one of the rooms at no extra charge. Were very prompt. Were able to come on a Saturday within the same week.

Jay, the company representative, called to say he was on his way. He was pleasant and polite. He explained the dry cleaning process and he gave me a price before he started. He tested a spot to make sure the fabric was colorfast. The chair was very soiled and it came out looking almost like new. Jay was fast and he was careful. He put down a drop cloth to catch the moisture and he was careful to wipe the wooden legs on the chair and ottoman. I have used this company before and I would hire them again.

The techs are very knowledgeable and very polite. Very careful with your belongings. They come back and verify that the stains have been removed. They retreat them when necessary. They exceeded my expectations for the removal of stains.

WE HAVE BEEN BURNED BEFORE BY OTHER COMPANIES. THEY CAME OUT AND CHECKED THE VENTS FURNACE AND DUCTS, HE STATED THAT THEY DIDNT NEED TO BE CLEANED AT THIS TIME SAVING ME $600.00. BUT HE DID RECOMMEND USING A SANITIZER IN THE SYSTEM, REALLY RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
