Bill & Nick were professional & well informed.

He came out promptly and was professional. It looked good at first, but the stain was there when it dried. We called them and they came out again, but the same thing happened again.

Did a great job getting the stain out.

Replied promptly to email inquiry and quickly came out to give estimate. Work was done within a couple of days (weekend intervened)by Todd. He worked hard and quickly and did a great job.

The cleaner was on time & did a good job removing the pet stains & odor. He was very good at explaining the types of services specific for removing pet odors/stains & was realistic in what outcome may be obtained.

The technician they send was not only professional, but personable (he even played with my two dogs and 20-month old daughter). There's not much to say about this company other than they were without a doubt, the BEST company I've hired for carpet/upholstery work and will definitely get my business again and plenty of referrals.

They were wonderful to work with. I called one day and they were out here the next day. Very friendly and my carpet looks great. I will use them again.

Very good. Highly recommend this service. I can tell the difference immediately in the force of the air the furnaces are putting out. Service called to make sure we still wanted to do the service as scheduled (very cold day). He was on time, worked diligently and was very courteous. Good job overall.

Jay came to give an estimate which I felt was a very fair price. I delayed scheduling the cleaning because of the intense cold as Jay had told me the door would need to be opened slightly during the procedure. I was able to schedule the cleaning within a couple of days of my call. Jay arrived on time and performed a miracle - all the spots and stains are gone...and the only evidence of a dog are our memories and pictures! Thank you Jay and Langenwalter.

Bill and Bill were right on time, explained everything they were going to do and answered any questions I had. They didn't make any mess and cleaned up afterward (always a concern with duct cleanings). I was more than satisfied and had before and after pictures to prove the good work. Thank you CleanAir!

Called on short notice - had an unexpected day off and wanted to get some errands scheduled. They scheduled service 2 days later and gave me a 2 hour window. Service provider showed up within that window, was extremely personable. Had a few stains from a BBQ bone for the dog, all came out, carpet looks great. Definitely would use them again. Very professional and easy to work with.

I can't say enough about Jason and his crew - they arrived immediately after my call, got the surface water sucked up and set up the equipment on the floors to dry and balance. They also took all rugs to be cleaned - they came back everyday to check on progress for 3 days until the drying equipment could be removed - they gave us outstanding service.

Very professional and spent time treating and evaluating my stains. Excellent job. Told me to call if stains grow or don't go away.

Very customer friendly company! They did an excellent job cleaning an off-white rug. They picked the rug up, called with an estimate of cost and returned when stated. The rug sparkles. It is about 7 yrs. old and had never been professionally cleaned. They don't normally move furniture, but I had a very, very heavy couch that was on the rug. They moved with no complaints!

Steve was punctual & professional. The job was completed within two hours, and we were very pleased with results. Steve & the other crew member moved & replaced most furniture and were very careful with each item.
