2 well qualified young men did an expert job, arrived on time, very polite, explained what would be done and went right to work.

FABULOUS! Called on short-notice, they were able to send over a rep right away to give me an estimate. Price was very reasonable. I told the rep I was ready to schedule the work and he said he could do it right then if I liked. I arranged for payment and went back to work. I came back after work and the carpets looked brand new. The house was all locked up and everything was perfect!

Very knowledgeable and informative of steps taken and completed work with a comment to call with questions or problems. Very good about responding to filter damage and extremely nice about it. Took care of cost of filter.

The couch was difficult to clean because it was cotton and multiple colors. They were one of the few companies confident enough to clean it and they did a good job! The technician's name was Jay and he was extremely personable - real nice guy and extremely helpful.

Fantastic. The workmen showed up within the time window stated. They were both extremely professional and provided a great explanation of the service both beforehand and after. Both gentleman were very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.

They came when they said they would. Did what they said they would. Charged what they said they would. So nice to do business with a person or company that keeps their word. I would ask for same technician (Keith) every time. Was able to talk to a human without punching buttons to go through a computer menu. Top notch company. Keep doing what youre doing.

I took the cushions to their location. They were very friendly and Tiffany kept me informed of the status of the job. She made sure that the cushions were cleaned and wrapped so that I could have them for Easter weekend. They charged me what had been estimated and I saved with my Angie's discount.

Making an appointment was quick and easy. Keith came out at the scheduled time, looked over the job, gave a quote which I accepted, and quickly and without a mess, did the job. We are very happy with the results and because of the low cost plan to use annually.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. The initial phone call was pleasant, and I was quickly scheduled in. On the morning of my appointment, the office had actually called to see if we could reschedule due to a sudden increase in emergency work (flooding). Unfortunately, I was unable to agree to rescheduling since I had made arrangements for my daughter and moved much furniture in preparation for their cleaning (and at 6 months pregnant couldn't face doing that again). They responded very graciously and still showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They did not seem rushed, but took time to be thorough. My 10 year old carpet looked wonderful when they were finished. I will gladly use them again. I will also happily request Chris because he was so polite and pleasant. The carpet turned out exactly as he said it would!

Bill is professional and explained the entire process. We have had serious mold issues in our home and wanted a lot of detail. Bill is very knowledgeable as well as personable. We are very satisfied that he did a great job.

The service was fantastic. Jessie and partner showed up on time, provided an estimate (which we accepted) and performed the work immediately. Both employees were extremely nice and professional providing us with other miscellaneous carpet education and cleaning tips. Once they were finished, the carpet looked absolutely perfect! We were billed appropriately, including the Angie's List discount. We will be having them back for other work, based on this excellent service. I would highly recommend them to others.

I contacted them and made an appointment to provide estimate and do the work if we reached agreement on price. They arrived on time and their representative was professional and courteous. He provided an estimate which was $80 less than a previous estimate I obtained. I agreed to the work and price. He was very efficient and did a very good job including a pet stain. I was very pleased with the work and the price.

I have an area rug that has some unidentified stains. Even though the rug was cheap, I really like it and wanted to have it cleaned because the stains are very bad. I spoke with Jason and received an estimate of $150, which is about 3 times the amount I paid for the rug when it was on sale at about 75% off. I explained my dilemma to him and told him I didn't want to pay $150 to clean a rug that I paid about $60 for unless it was actually going to result in a clean rug. He explained that he couldn't be sure until he tried because he could safely use only one method of cleaning this particular type of rug. He offered to start the process, and if it didn't seem to be working, to stop and not charge me anything. He left a message this week and let us know that the rug wasn't coming clean and that there was no charge. I'm really appreciative that he worked with me. He was very knowledgeable about rugs and the cleaning process, so I'm comfortable with the outcome.

I called to get an estimate for having the carpets cleaned in a home I'm moving into in two weeks. I was told they don't give estimates over the phone. I explained that I take possession of the home and move in the same week and cannot wait until then to have an on-site estimate. I explained the carpet was only a year old and had no major stains that I'm aware of and offered to give exact square footage of each room. They still chose not to give me an estimate and seemed perfectly content with not getting my business. Too bad... Based on Angie's List reviews, I likely would have chosen this company assuming the price was right.

The technician, Ryan, was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He did the work quickly and we are very happy with the results.
