Company arranged the appointment, Bill & Nick were the associates that did all the work. They arrived on time, were very neat, and clean about the whole process. Procedure was explained in detail first, and the time frame was lined out. The whole time, both associates were very professional, and in good attitude. The whole service took right around 3 hrs., and I'm very pleased with the results. Have had NO complaints with the company or the service.

The pricing is different than other companies since they include many processes that others charge extra for (ie protectant coverage, etc.). Their quote with Angie's discount was very close to others that don't provide the same cleaning processes. They are also ready to do the work right after providing an estimate. The technician was very informative about what to expect and about anything he noted while cleaning; this was important to me since my carpet is old and wasn't constructed with some of the materials used now. The work was excellent and the carpet looks great.

Everything about it was just fine. I thought it was a little expensive.

Keith Mize provided an estimate to do job. We deemed price to be more than fair; and gave immediate approval for work. Keith helped owner move two somewhat large pieces of furniture. Keith treated high traffic ares and other areas where dirt spots existed. He then used his high pressure, high temperature machine to apply steam/hot water to entire carpet. When this portion of job was finished, Keith applied a deodorizer/conditioner/scotchguard to entire area. He then helped owner move large pieces of furniture back in position.

Bill Hanson was very good at explaining the procedure & very polite. I was very satisfied with his work.

When they faxed me their estimate it was hand written and I could not read it. I contacted them again to see if they could send out another estimate that was typed out so I could actually read it. I have called them twice now and they still haven't sent it. This has been over a month now and I still don't have their estimate.

My carpet stayed wet for almost 2 days (could be because of weather). Also had 2 spots which came back. They came back immediately at no charge and redid the spots. So far so good. Also gave me an original estimate of $240 dollars ,which is exorbitant for what I was asking. He gave me an estimated that he said included all areas of the steps (fronts, etc). When I told him they didn't need to do the fronts my cost was $100 less. It pays to ask and question. I will use them again.

The service was excellent. Ryan and his team member arrived on time, went through the house with me to be sure they understood the job, pointed out that I would get an Angie's List discount, and then got to work. Ryan also pointed out that some of the deep stains in the garage floors were not likely to be removed. He also pointed out some problems with the carpet, which helped me make a decision to replace it.

WOW!!! The carpets look great! We are getting our house ready for market. Most of our furniture has been moved already. Langenwalter (Keith) was SO helpful; they did the work over two days in order for us to be able to move remaining furniture and sleeping necessities. Thank you so much, Langenwalter. I would definitely use you again.

Steve was very nice, was early for the job, protected my hardwood floors from equipment, helped move heavy items, a little pricey.

CleanAir offered the best value from those I contacted on Angie's List, including a 20% Angie's List discount coupon. Bill and Nick showed up promptly at 8:30 a.m. after calling to let us know they were on their way. Including a short lunch break, they finished in less than 6 hours doing a 3 level home with two HVAC systems.

Very good job. The company send somebody to clean within two days when requested. We forgot to submit the coupon that came in the magazine after the service was paid but the company will let us use the coupon and refund will be issued.

This company saved the living room carpet from having to be replaced. The severe pet stain was limited to 1 corner of the room (pad had to be replaced), but the entire carpet needed some treatment. The chemical odor was a bit overwhelming for the first week. Initially, the cleaning process was so strong that I regretted the process. However, after the first week, the chemical smell had dissipated, and the carpet odor was also gone. This process wasn't the typical steam cleaning, but a much more involved "urine extraction."

I am very pleased. I think the cost was on the 'high' end for my small house, but job was well done. Jay is a 'talker' but enjoyable.

Bill, explains well about the cleaning procedure. Arrived late but did call to let us know they are running late. Inspected air ducts and communicated to us that the ducts looked clean, that they did not require cleaning. I appreciate his honesty. Went ahead with sanitizing the duct work. Will use company in the future.

This is a great company to work with. I have to reschedule my service a few times due to my job and they were really flexible with me. They were able to come out at the last minute and squeeze the job in to avoid rescheduling another time. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and the guys who came to the house were really nice and got the job done quickly. It was pretty gross to see what came out of my ducts and my house is only 10 years old. Their focus is high quality work with great customer service and I would highly recommend them. They were also slightly cheaper than the other companies I got estimates from and the Angie's List discount was another bonus.
