Our appointment was scheduled for between 12:00-2:00. Workers arrived at 2:30, after I called. Very thorough. Excellent explanation of the process while in the home. Cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. Would recommend.

Todd and crew were around for a week. They sucked up the water in the basement, helped me go through what was to be thrown out, put furniture into dry areas of the basement, set up 12 blowers and dehumidifier, and generally took charge to do what had to be done. After things dried out Todd came back to clean the carpet in the basement, along with the stairs. The carpet looked BRAND NEW! It was an incredible job. Although I only had to pay the deductible I would have had them do the job and will use them again for general carpet cleaning. I can't say enough about the time and energy they all put into getting our basement back in order. It was very much appreciated and I could not give them a higher rating. Customer service and experience count for so much and they had the whole package. Thanks Langenwalter!

Todd provided excellent service from estimate to the actual work. He is friendly, upbeat and very helpful. Nick, his partner of he job was also very professional and hardworking. I'd hire them again!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I WAS HOME FOR MOST OF THE JOB. THERE WAS CONSTANT CHECK IN WITH ME, THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT WALKING ON THE CARPET AS WELL. AFTERWARDS I RECEIVED SEVERAL FOLLOW UPS, MAKING SURE I WAS SATISFIED.
