Steve was very courteous, punctual and very thorough in what he was going to do. Did a splendid job. Highly recommended him. Very professional.

Called for estimate. They said once estimate was given, they could do the work then or schedule it for a later time. Arrived on time, gave estimate and I accepted it. I let him do the cleaning, rather than reschedule. Removed stains and cleaned carpet. Quote: "I had to bring out the big guns on some of the staining." We had some stains that kept reappearing when cleaned by other companies. They did not reappear this time.

Excellent Job!!! Jesse has an impressive knowledge about carpets and stain removal. I learned a lot as he explained various problem areas while preparing the estimate. He did an excellent job with our "old" carpet and it looks better than I ever imagined it could. He explained everything he did step-by-ste. We had Stanley Steamer clean it last time and Langenwalter did a much superior job! Also, I hadn't been warned by Stanley Steamer's crew to be careful of falling (which I did twice after they left!) Jesse was very safety conscious and made sure my husband and I were as "protected" as possible against the danger of falling. He was professional and personable. I will ask for him next time we use their services.

They did a good job, and their prices were very, very reasonable. I had contacted a lot of other providers for estimates, and they were all a lot more money. I was almost shocked with the price and thought they had made a mistake. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Jason did a great job in the spots, was prompt and professional. He even came back and cleaned and additional spot that I forgot to point out when he was here.

I am amazed at how clean and refreshed all areas look. Large selection of carpet is wool and I am extremely PLEASED with how well it now looks. I will use them again.

Although a bit high priced, exceptional job done. Carpet was extremely dirty, and after going through 2 puppies potty training,and quite a bit of traffic from teenagers. The representative, Chris, was very professional and polite. My carpet looks almost new. I really didn't think the stained would lift and was already thinking about replacing. Thanks.

I have used them 3 times. They are great at getting stains out, which stay out. The price range is 120-225. On one visit the person was unable to move furniture to clean. Upon my moving it revealed some stains. However they did come out to remove those stains at no extra charge. They had warned that they do not move furniture.

Polite, friendly, performed work. Thought price was a little high for work performed. Thought they should have been better of getting stains.

They did the work fine and gave me the Angie's List discount. They were easy to work with and they explained what they would do before they did it. They did an all-around good job.

Scheduling was courteous and quick. Chris was on time and very friendly. He was able to remove some very stubborn pet stains in our basement and was finished in good time. I was amazed the carpet was able to get that clean again. We will definitely use Congeniality again.

Bill was very well informed and competent. He explained the process and my options quite well, also very polite and professional. The work was done beautifully with the promise to return if stains reappear.

Jay called and arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time which was a plus for me. He provided me with an estimate and said he could do the work right then and there. Not only was the work thoroughly done, but Jay is a great, personable and friendly guy. I highly recommend Langenwalter for upholstery cleaning, and make sure and ask for Jay.

They did a wonderful job. Keith was on time and gave me a realistic description of what I could expect. He came expecting to just give me an estimate, but he was able to clean my carpet right after giving me the estimate. I will definitely contact them again in the future!
