Bill was punctual, polite and good at explaining what he was going to do. Got right to work, efficient and thorough cleaning. An excellent experience.

Jay called before he arrived and was right on time. He gave us an estimate and we had the work done right then. Jay was very courteous and friendly. He began and ended his cleaning where it was most convenient for us to work and move about in the house. Jay was so very thorough that our carpets look the best they EVER have since they were new! We have had our carpets cleaned annually and this was BY FAR the best job ever. The chairs and ottomans look almost new, too.

Overall a great experience with a very knowledgeable technician.

Chose Langenwalter based on comments reviewed on Angie's List. The carpet cleaning met my expectations. Staff was very courteous and responsive to my requests. Carpet was heavily soiled as it is a high traffic area and after the cleaning it looked great and significantly better.

They answered my call quickly and came out as soon as I called. They began removing water before it damaged the walls. Because they came so quickly, we had no real damage and were able to set up big fans and dry out the carpet. They cleaned and re-stretched the carpet once it was dry.

They did a nice job overall. I would use them again definitely.

Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They were upfront and honest about what they could and couldn't do. They were not able to get a paint stain out of carpet in the closet but I was happy with the rest of it.

Excellent, polite, kid friendly, considerate, thorough, cheerful & enthusiastic. Carefully moved more furniture and items than I expected. Even vacuumed after stretching, including baseboards with my vacuum attachment. Superior!

Bill and Bill were on time and very professional. They were both very polite and let me know how the process worked. Bill provided additional information to us about furnace filters and dryer vents.

They did a great job, and were really tuned in to our particular problem and needs, and what to do to correct them. They took extra care to do the best job possible. I am well pleased.

They are the best I've ever used. If stains don't come out right away they will come back and fix it. They are very professional. I probably have them out at least quarterly. We have animals and 4 kids.

Did a terrific job cleaning the carpets & furniture. Jay explained everything & went above and beyond what was asked. He did however like to talk a lot. Sometimes that may not always be appropriate. But I would definitely have them back.

Very nice to work with & accommodating. We needed to have carpets cleaned on specific day because of move-in date & they were in tough shape because of rewiring, the house turned out well.
