This was Steve's 2nd time to clean our carpet and we specifically asked for him because he was very professional, took time to really work on stains and every one came out! He came when scheduled and we feel we received excellent service for a very reasonable price.

Overall pleasant and smooth. A couple registers not screwed on all the way and quite a few registers had some grit and dirt on the floor beneath them.

They did a great job of odor removal. A couple of weeks later, there is still a fragrance from solutions used, but it is fading and I had been informed of this before the work was done. I dropped the cushions off at the shop; everyone was very friendly. The job also took less than a week, after a 1-2 week estimate, which made us happy!!

Company was very informative on phone when providing our estimate. On our scheduled day they were running late but kept us informed. It wasn't a problem for us but they offered a small compensation which was a very nice touch. They seemed very professional in doing the work. Afterwards we noticed the dryer smelled bad after each use. We finally discovered all sorts of lint and debris at the outside base of the dryer vent so perhaps they forgot to clean that out from the outside? Other than that small issue we were pleased with the work performed.

They did a wonderful job. I have three dogs and Langenwalter made my carpet like new again. Thank you.

The company was great. I phoned around 8:00 am, and they fit me in the same day. Bill came around 10:40 am, and was very polite and did a great job. Cleaning up everything. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and get them out to clean air ducts again.
