I kept him busy while he was here. He is very honest. He informed me that the dryer vent was too short and would not really be able to get much out of it with the suction. He in fact, helped me to save money by suggesting I purchase a new one instead. This saved me 45.00.

Todd came out and cleaned our carpets. I request him personally. The price was reasonable and the quality was good.

Todd arrived right on time, gave us a reasonable estimate for cleaning the carpets in our large basement, stairs, and back entryway, and then went right to work. We were delighted with the way he tackled this job. He was very careful and thorough, and really took his time to be sure the carpet was clean! Once done cleaning, he applied a spray treatment to the entire carpet. When he got all of his equipment removed and put away in the truck, both my wife and I commented on how amazing the carpet looked! On top of all this, we received a 15% new-customer discount with the Angie's List coupon we had!

Jay came when he said and did a very good job getting the stains. I'm a repeat customer, and he remembered me from before, as did the girl in the office, who made the appointment. Both were very friendly. I used a gift certificate I won in a silent auction and Jay did the whole job for the value of the certificate and even helped me with an unrelated task before he left. In all this is a great company with many nice employees.

When calling for an appointment the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The technician showed up on time as promised, and did a great job getting the carpets cleaned. I would use them again.

Steve was our technician and was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but very personable as well. The procedures were explained as was the cost. While doing the work. Steve was respectful of our home and was always punctual, calling 20-30 minutes ahead of arrival.
