We have used Langenwalter for many years. When it came time to clean our couches & carpets, there was no hesitating on who we would use. They were very accommodating.

Steve is very thorough and I had asked for him because the person from Langenwalter who had come the previous time wasn't as good and left a lot of corners untouched. Steve did a better job, though I felt Langenwalter should have considered giving me a dicsount or credit toward this service when I told them about the previous time. As a matter of principle, I do not like having them ask you to fill out an Angie's List review while they are there. If you wanted to give them a negative review, would they submit it? They sent me a review form this winter which I just came across buried on my desk. They wanted it sent back to them. I do not think any provider should be asking for reviews to come to them. Unless I am mistaken, they have access to whatever you write on Angie's List, so they will get the information eventually. If any service provider were to screen the reviews, (and I don't mean to suggest that I think Langenwalter would, plus you will notice I gave a good review), they could submit to Angie's List only the really positive ones and skew the resutls. I think reviews should go directly to Angie's List.

Lamone was polite, friendly, enthusiastic & very knowledgeable. He did a good job and is a fine representative for your company.

Chris was here on time, reviewed everything we wanted cleaned, repeated the cost. He pretreated spots, sprayed w. cleaner, steam vacuumed everything and sprayed w. deodorizer. He was courteous and friendly.

Steve, the technician, is the one we always use. He was prompt friendly & always very pleasant. He walked through the rooms with me & then gave me an estimate. He then began working. He worked quickly & efficiently until job was complete.
