Jay explained exactly what he was going to do and performed the work professionally and very well.

Very pleased with everything except he used too much perfume spray at the end. There was too much fragrance for 1-2 weeks. I had the high traffic area of that rug & chair cleaned.

Overall, the experience was terrific! I called at the last minute to get my carpet cleaned and they were able to accommodate me. Todd, the technician, was prompt and professional. We had a couple of stains that I didn't think he would be able to get out but he did! I won't call anyone else when I need my carpets cleaned again, they are absolutely top notch! I will also ask for Todd again, fantastic job!

In addition to having carpets and a large sofa cleaned, we had them clean a large area rug from our dining room that hadn't been cleaned in 7 years. They removed the rug to clean in the shop and returned it a week later. It looked really good and Jay indicated he cleaned it twice all over and spent more time in one corner where we track through a lot. Overall I was incredibly pleased with the product, but wish we could have gotten better results from the one corner (where we walk through). Jay suggested avoiding tracking black top in the house - or going no shoes. Also, continually rotating the rug to avoid pattern wear. Great advice. I was impressed with his dedication and thorough cleaning. He kept me informed of his progress while he had the rung and we knew when to expect the return.

Received an estimate for the work and initially thought the price was a little steep. However, we were doing three projects and thought it would be easier to have each piece done by the same contractor. They have an excellent reputation, so I thought it was worth the additional price. Jay performed the work - in addition to cleaning carpets and a large area rug. Jay was prompt and friendly. The sofa was thoroughly cleaned, along with our throw pillows. It looked like brand new and smelled good. It did take over 48 hours to dry completely, but we were very pleased with the results. We could tell Jay was thorough.

I have all the confidence possible in this company. Not only the air cleaning but also there carpet cleaning service. The owner is actively involved, personable and so easy to work with. This is a company that has integrity, pride and is focused on customer service, not just lip service. I expect to be using them for years!

Jay arrived on the scene and surveyed the job. He recommended going with a general cleaning first, which is less expensive than per-spot removal. The results were nothing short of miraculous! Jay was very friendly and professional. The bench cushion that he cleaned was less successful but it still looked 80% better than it did when he started. I also received the 15% discount with the Angie's List coupon. When he was wrapping up, we noticed another small stain in the den, and he quickly took care of that as well. The entire experience was positive and they are the ones I will call in the future for any carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Todd was punctual. He explained how he was going to remove dog urine odor from sun room carpet. Very concise in his explanation. Pricing for the work done was in line with other company I used, whom I wouldn't hire again.

Excellent. Chris is very polite, timely, knowledgeable and the carpet looks great when he is finished. If not for Langenwalter we would have had to replace the entire downstairs carpet, due to pet soiling. Thank you.
