They were very professional and cleaned the carpet areas thoroughly. They contacted a service person to ensure our appointment was completes.

Chris was the technician and did the estimate, the pre-treatment and the cleaners. Professionally done, quick response, came on time with a call before hand.

I had called to schedule a couple of weeks ahead. But, I had to reschedule a couple days prior to the original appointment. Chris the tech called and said he was on his way....a couple of hours earlier than I had asked for. He and or the office got things worked out and come to my house later to fit my plans. Chris did a great job. I am completely happy. The cost seems high as he was here less than 2 hours. I have always cleaned the carpet myself. It does take me 2 days to get the job done. As long as money is not an issue I will always call Langenwalter.

One technician. Finished the job in less than 2 hours. Very hard working. A return trip was needed to remove the 3 stains that didn't come up during the initial cleaning. After discussing this with them, they agreed to return and touch-up for no extra charge. Good customer service.

On time. Called to let me know he was coming. Very polite and the price was very fair.

Always on time & call when they are on their way. This company does the best job of cleaning of all the companies I have tried.

Jesse called prior to arriving, came on time, gave me estimate for stretching carpet in two areas plus cleaning. I chose to go with the cleaning at this time and will have the stretching done at a later date (too much furniture had to be moved plus Jesse was alone and stretching carpet needed 2 people).

Steve & Scott did a great job with my carpets. I booked them right before Thanksgiving so that the house would look great for my family during the holidays. They did a very thorough job were extremely polite & courteous and let me know that I could call back if I had any problems that weren't addressed.

I came home from work one afternoon to find that my very old, sick kitty apparently couldn't make it out of the upholstered chair she usually slept on in time to make it to the litter box. Chair cushion and part of the back of chair were quite wet. Langenwalter didn't have a technician available to come out to look at the chair that day, but did agree to look at, and assess chair if I brought it to them. I took it to them, and they somehow treated and saved the chair. You really can't tell by appearance or smell that anything happened to the chair. Everyone on the phone and at the business was very kind and also very professional. They did a great job!

Todd is extremely polite and great at customer service. We always request him.
