Bill was courteous & polite & called to say traffic was delaying him.

Chris was on-time, professional and did a great job explaining the process and what was needed to clean the pet stains. The carpets look great. The price for treating the stains seemed high, but they will come back to treat the stains again if they weren't removed completely with the first treatment, and will refund the cost if the stains can't be removed. The carpets look better and smell cleaner than the work done by another company I used in the past. The cleaning product smell was pretty strong for a couple of days after the cleaning.

When I received the bill when the job was done, I mentioned their coupon offering 15% off. He got lippy with me saying my husband wouldn't have been this difficult and that the coupon should have said $100 max. I should also be happy because he spot cleaned areas where my dog had thrown up. That should all have been included in the price anyway. In the end after complaining to the company, they sent someone else out to clean the others areas that should have been cleaned in the first place. My final thoughts; their prices were high, they did not move furniture and the tech was unprofessional and disrespectful to me.

I first contacted Cleanair Ducts electronically via their website on 01/01/08. On 01/02/08 I received an e-mail response from Lauri Challman, and I called her directly on either 01/02/08 or 01/03/08. Because mine is a newer home, Lauri said that air duct cleaning might not be necessary, but Bill or another company rep could come to my home to see. Lauri told me via telephone she would call Bill, and have him call me directly on my cell phone. One week later I had not heard back from Lauri or Bill, so I called again the week of January 7. Lauri apologized, said she would call Bill again and have him call me. This time I got a message from Bill on my cell phone, called him back the next day and left him a message, and once again have not heard back from Bill or Cleanair Ducts since. Today is 01/15/08, and I've hired another company who values the customer's business enough to communicate, follow through, return phone calls, and schedule a service instead of making false promises!

Very satisfied. A couple of areas we had some problems with the stains reappearing and they came right back and re-clean those. Same young man every time.

They did a good job. Very reliable. They are our only carpet cleaner now!

The thing I don't understand is, you have your carpets cleaned because you have spots and they want to charge you extra to clean the spots. If you protest they finally say OK and clean at no extra charge, but make you feel you are taking advantage of them.

They did an excellent job in cleaning and detergency the carpet. Some of the carpeting was very dusty and now it looks beautiful.

They were excellent. They did both removal and carpet dying. They allow you to request the same person which is nice, they ask you that when you call.

Was scheduled for 8:30 AM appointment on a Wednesday, but got bumped for a wet basement job elsewhere. Company would not guarantee me a lunchtime appointment, so I had to reschedule for 8:00 AM on Friday. Worker (Bill) showed up 20 minutes late on Friday morning. After the job was done, I have found a lot of dust and other debris around every single vent that was worked on, particularly around the drier vent. Also, the drier vent hose was tore in several spots, and while not a big deal (I'm relocating the drier anyway this week), the fact that I was not informed about it is disappointing. Bill arranged for me to have some carpet cleaning done for my scheduling issues. He was nice enough to work with, but the scheduling issues and mess left from the cleaning most likely means I won't have this company step foot in my house again. For the four hours of work done and the mess left behind, I feel that I paid too much for this work.

They did a nice job and got the carpets clean, but they had to use more solvent in one room and the odor was terrible for about a week.
