I called on them on Wednesday, my wife and I were headed to church and we were scrambling to find someone to do the work. I spoke with a lady with the company and she was able to accommodate us and get someone from the company to come out that day. They came out and started the job within 40 minutes of me calling her and we were then were able to leave and go to church on schedule. They just really, really responded terrificly to us. They brought lots of equipment with them (fans, dehumidifiers, etc) and they have followed up to check their equipment and to see if things have dried. I am very pleased with them and I would give them an A+ so far on their work. They know their business and their staff is professional, pleasant & efficient. Their capabilities help reduce the amount of loss. I would absolutely use them again.

Steve, the carpet cleaner called before arriving to confirm the appointment to let me know he'd be a few minutes late, which was very courteous. He arrived less then 10 minutes late. He was polite, and I was comfortable with him in my home.

After unsuccessfully trying to clean a coffee stain out of our brand new Berber off-white carpet in our bonus room, I called Langenwalter after checking Angie's List for recommendations. I never knew there were people who specialized in carpet stains, or I would have called Langenwalter the week before when I had a chocolate milk spill, and I felt like I called the wrong people for that...I had forgotten to check Angie's List first. Jason was wonderful! He worked on that coffee stain and had it up in no time. He even treated another area for free that the other carpet company had not been able to get up after two trips to my house, and it now looks wonderful also. The coffee did bleed back through a little, but since they guarantee their stain removal for the life of the carpet, Jason came back out and treated it again, and it looks great! I will never use another company to clean carpet stains again! Langenwalter and Jason are awesome!

I've never had carpet that was as clean as it was when they were through. I was very satisfied with them and plan on having them back out. I felt that their prices were very reasonable.

Todd was on time, very polite, and very good and thorough about assessing the work that needed to be done, projecting the likelihood that each stain could be completely removed and setting about getting to work.

Jesse did an amazing job. He explained everything and was able to get all of the stains out of our carpet including a urine stain from previous owners cat. We will use them again.

When I called to schedule, they were able to schedule the visit quickly and it fit with my schedule. Steve called before coming and was right on time. Very friendly, professional and cared about the quality of his work. Although the carpets are still wet, I think they are going to look great!

We have used Langenwalter at least annually for the past 4 or 5 years. Chris has done most of the cleaning. He is great, professional, helpful, punctual and has a great job. The office staff is also very good.
