Jessie called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He went over the areas with me before cleaning to discuss specific problem spots and stains. He took his time, was thorough, and was very accommodating. He was careful about protecting our wood floors and wood stair banisters.

Todd & John showed up on time for appointment. I received a detailed explanation of the work to be performed, in addition to the price for the work. The price included a 10% Angie's List Member discount and a free sanitizer. Both Todd & John were very professional and hard working they worked non-stop for 7 + hours. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks for the great job and for the box of Girl Scout cookies!!!!

The entire experience was great. The estimate was simple and the associate was very friendly as well as professional. A different man came to do the work but I received the same friendly and professional service. I had some stains on my carpet that I didn't have much hope for and he did a wonderful job. They pretreated, deodorized, cleaned, and protected it all for the price of the estimate. My carpets look better than the day I moved in and they had been through the wringer. I was especially surprised how well they did with the stairs. Also, there was barely any moisture left behind and it was completely dry the next morning.

They were amazing as always!! This was the first time we've had Steve out (but have used Langenwalter before) and he was so nice, extremely polite and did an excellent job!!! When I saw the carpet after he was finished, it looked like we had brand new carpet!! And, our carpet was nasty due to the weather, and the fact that it had been almost a year since our last cleaning. Langenwalter is awesome! Everyone is so polite and very customer service oriented! I have referred a couple of people to them. We wouldn't call anyone else!!

When I called receptionist was very pleasant & good "front person" for the company. Steve who came took time to answer my questions regarding carpet type we are considering replacement. Also gave good info on cleaning. He was on time & quick but didn't rush.

Jay was right on time, called ahead and gave honest advice re: spot removed on an upholstered chair. Overall experience was great.

Excellent. Steve was polite, a good listener & thoughtful. I asked that he start in the family room as it gets used most. He also brought in a fan to speed the drying in that room. My carpet looks as good as new. He was able to remove spots that several other companies were unable to remove! I'll never use another carpet cleaner other that Langenwalter's.

Keith was here on time, very pleasant & personable. He worked for several house without stopping and did a great job. I called Langenwalter after I read good comments about them in Angie's List, I agree! I'll definitely use them again.

We've never had any problems. They are very obliging and concerned. He saw some spot cleaner I had and told me it wasn't good. He then gave me two bottles of remover and told me to call when I run out. He was mortified because he tripped on one of his machines once and made a dent in the drywall in our basement. He wanted to figure out how to get it fixed and pay for it. I was getting that painted soon so I didn't have him do it, but he was certainly willing.
