Superior service, extremely polite, careful of my cats! Best experience I've had with carpet cleaning.

The company was prompt in getting up to the apartment, the service person was efficient, very personable and thorough. He was pleased with his work and so was I. I ask for the same person I previously had.

Keith was 1/2 hr. early (but called to be sure it was OK). Made appointment on Monday for the following Thursday. Very personable and did a nice job.

It was very positive. The crew arrived within 30 minutes of our call & started work immediately. They were polite, neat & good around the kids. I appreciated that they asked before moving things and kept me abreast of the progress.

Todd & Scott were punctual. They were both friendly and polite. I indicated heavily soiled or stained areas. The result was remarkable. My white carpeting was brought back to a bright luster.

Went great; everything looks wonderful. Steve was able to get all of the stains out of the great room carpet. The process went smoothly and efficiently. The price is more than reasonable; there is no extra charge for extras that other companies charge for. Also, the office staff is very friendly and courteous (I've been there to drop off cushions for cleaning). They even called the next day to check on my satisfaction with their services.

An army of guys came in and got rid of all the water and were able to save the carpet. They came immediately and stayed very late. They even came back to check to work about a week later to make sure everything was fine. Then about a month later, I smelled a musky smell and they came back out with no questions asked and took care of that problem. These guys are great.

Langenwalter is a great company to work with. Easy to schedule, Steve, the service manager was on time, did a thorough job explaining everything, even made sure the cats wouldn't get out and his work was excellent.

Jesse called on his way here. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable & thorough. Have used him before. Jesse came out the day I called for service.

The appointment was set for 8:30--Chris called at 8:00 to verify and showed up promptly at 8:30. He was very courteous, friendly, and efficient. He gave us some good tips on caring for the carpet. The traffic patterns on the carpet look so much better and the stains that another company could not remove are gone.

Steve came out and cleaned my carpet once more. They are amazing, I won't use anyone else but Steve for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

I didn't get home until after 9:00pm and the entire condo smelled fresh & clean. I easily noticed the difference in color & odor on my carpet. The upholstery cleaning on my couches & chair were also impeccable! I often fall asleep on the couch so you can imagine how bad that was before Langenwalter made it look & smell brand new. I would highly recommend Langenwalter to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, reliable, trustworthy company for carpet cleaning & upholstery cleaning.

Technicians Bill & John arrived on time and were friendly, polite & responsible. They did not leave any mess, were quiet & were here 4 hours. I was really very pleased and I thought the cost was reasonable.

Bill came out a couple days before the cleaning to provide an estimate and explanation for how they would & deal with the stairs. He and John did an excellent job cleaning some carpets that were sadly "over due." I would definitely use this company again. They are friendly and very professional.
