Description of Work: There were three rooms and a hallway. They supplied everything for the job. Stayed damp for a little while but it was not bad. They did not move furniture but the vacuum part they use reaches underneath everything.

Description of Work: Langenwalter came out and cleaned the carpets in our entire house on Tuesday May 6, 2008. The carpets had been stained by dog waste and had an odor. They cleaned the entire house, great room, dining room, stairs, upper hall and four bedrooms. The company was prompt and efficient, went right to work on the carpets. The workers were polite and prompt. When they left, the house smelled great and the carpets were very clean. This is the second time we have used Langewalter's services and we will use them again. We are very satisfied with the job. We used the coupon in the Angie's List book and they gave us one room for free.

I can't say enough good things about this company. From the office staff to the service staff, every member of the team that helped us through our basement flood was so nice and so professional. They arrived within an hour of our call and stayed until 2am in the morning until the job was done. I would highly recommend these guys to help you through a trying situation such as this. I used a different company and was unhappy with the results - I turned to Angie's List and have used Langenwalter's ever since. The office staff as well as the professionals that come to the home are friendly and professional. They take time to talk to you about the job, and have always invited me to call back if a spot reappears. On this particular occasion, Steve did a fabulous job and even reminded ME about the coupon on Angie's List.

+ 0 moreGreat. I had initially made an appointment back in February that I had to cancel, but they still had my order and I was able to update it. They called when they were on their way, arrived on time, walked through the house asking questions & letting me know what they would do & what I could expect as an outcome. I had to leave about halfway through the job -- they finished, cleaned up after themselves, and locked the house up on their way out. How nice to come home on a Friday night to a **spotless** house!
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets for 4 bedrooms, 3 family/living rooms, dining room, 2 stairs, and 3 hallways. Applied stain-repellent and deodorizer. Also cleaned overstuffed furniture: 1 couch, 2 chairs, and 8 dining room chair seats.

+ -1 moreOur overall experience was very good. Bill & John were very thorough. The free dryer vent cleaning was a big challenge. It took an hour due to a huge "clog" of lint and a bird's nest. But they persisted until the vent was completely cleaned. The only constructive criticism I can offer is that they were over 30 minutes late and they did not thoroughly clean up. There is still dryer vent lint in my gardening/potting area and my master bedroom chair had ceiling debris all over it, which I cleaned. This company is good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: The entire air duct system in our home was cleaned along with furnace components. Also the dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned.

Ryan was very friendly and quick. He did an excellent job with our carpets! We have two cats, one large dog and a baby on the way, so, we wanted our carpets extra clean and fresh! We were not disappointed! The service was very affordable!

+ 0 moreJay came in and walked the areas and talked to me about what needed doing. He was able to get all spots, including spilled Coke, stain from humidifiers and stains in boy's bedroom. Carpet looks like new. Most pleasant & professional. Will most certainly use again. Very professional & understanding. Also assured me that if I saw any stain they would come back without charge to correct the problem.
Description of Work: Job 1: Carpets cleaned in both bedroom, hallways, dining room, living room, master bedroom and skirts on cream sofas (2).Job 2: Son had gotten sick in the early morning hours with vomit on his bedroom carpet. I called Langenwalter and they came out that morning and cleaned the beige carpet and it looks like new!
