Very well. I had asked for them to clean some upholstered furniture. Brian, the serviceman, recommended that some of it not be wet cleaned, but spot cleaned which he did. When I called to schedule, they checked their records and sent the same serviceman who had previously done work for us for as long as 4 or more years.

They were very professional and courteous. They were good about scheduling and were on time. The job was done very quickly.

The serviceman arrived during the time slot given and had called to let us know he was on his way. He gave us the estimate before he started doing the work. He worked very hard and the rugs look beautiful. I was so pleased to learn that a protectant and deodorizer were applied as part of the price, not as added extras. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in having their carpets cleaned by very professional people.

As I walked through the house after walking the dog, I heard a loud crash from upstairs, followed quickly by the appearance of a frightened 7 year old's face at the top of the stairs. "I'm sorry," she said as I made a bee line for the girls' bathroom to find a pile of finger nail polish bottles strewn around the floor. It became painfully obvious that one of the bottles had broken, spilling its contents on the carpet. Who's brilliant idea was it to get carpet in the bathrooms??? I called Langenwalter's (based on the reviews from Angie's List), and Tiffany very patiently listened to my problem, scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon and reassured me that everything would be alright. LaMone arrived just a few minutes after he said he would and quickly assessed the situation, provided an estimate, talked extensively with me about other options and then got to work once I decided that I wanted to go ahead with the stripping and dye job that would be required to remove all the rust-colored dye from the carpet. About an hour and 45 minutes after arriving, my carpet was polish-free and LaMone was on his way. He is a great guy and a consummate professional - Langenwalter is lucky to have him. I marked 'B' for price, but that may just be a little sticker shock on my part. The quality of work was fabulous on a tough stain, and I have zero experience with having this type of stain removed. Your mileage may vary.

Very thorough. They were a little early, of which he called first to ask if ok to arrive early; very polite. He answered all of my questions. He was well experienced in his workmanship, and quality of service. Most cleaning services do their job and are out the door giving no information about the job process.

Ryan & Scott were very nice and professional. They did a fantastic job, our carpets looked like new. Scheduled the day before.

Todd is always pleasant & very professional. Works hard to satisfy customer. Our carpet is old & some stains are difficult to treat. He always tells me to call him if he needs to come back & retreat. Excellent company!

Would not use anyone else. There was a red dye disaster in my daughters bedroom, they got completely out. Polite, knowledgeable, on time & good.

Jesse is always on time. We have used Langenwalter numerous times and have never had a bad result or anything to complain about. He always goes above and beyond. Even touched up some dirt spots.
