Very well. They did put a gash in the wall when re-installing the rubber flooring but it can be fixed. They were very professional and polite.
Description of Work: We had a hot water heater break in our basement and it flooded almost the entire downstairs, including two finished areas with carpeting and a rubber floor (in a workout room). They came out immediately, determined the carpeting was ruined, called for more crew and removed the carpet by the end of the afternoon. They also removed the rubber flooring to dry out and reinstalled it later. Our basement was completely dry within 5 days.

+ -1 moreI was surprised that they did not move any of the furniture. I have pets and I had to have them come out a second time to clean some spots that did not come out the first time. I think that I will try to find a company that is willing to move the furniture.

They suctioned up the water and left heavy-duty fans to finish drying the carpet. They also then came and stretched the carpet to its proper size.

+ -1 moreRyan arrived early and started in the farthest bedroom and ended up in the living room. This was the first time that we had tried steam cleaning and it turned out very nice. The price also included a pre-spray, deodorizing and protectant.
Description of Work: Completely cleaned the living room and hall carpet. Did only the traffic areas in the three bedrooms.

+ -1 moreThey came right out and removed the standing water. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the carpet. They had to remove the carpet that was damaged and haul it away. The remaining carpet, they also treated because of footsteps from the standing water. They did above and beyond what needed to be done.
Description of Work: We had a back-up in our sewer line, and the carpeting in our basement was under water.

He prepared the house with corner covers, did the spot removal and cleaned the carpets in under an hour. Everything looked great and the floors were dry in 12 hours.
Description of Work: Cleaned living, hall and 2 bedrooms, including stain treatment in a couple of spots (that even I didn't notice).

They did an outstanding job, they contacted my insurance company and worked it out and got me a great price. The men that came out to do the job were very nice and very professional. They were so cautious, neat, and careful. I couldn't have been more happier with them, they came back several times to check to make sure there was no continuing moisture.
