Mims great Joy is very understanding and does a great job. He cleans everything including his holes before he comes because of my cat alley.

Jay did an excellent job. There were several stains from 2 dogs and they are completely removed. Very professional. Excellent overall experience.

Arrived within the time slot we were given. one man started on carpet and tile upstairs the other on hardwood and laminates on first floor. Also included shiny finish on hard surfaces. Hard surfaces quickly dried, we were walking on them within minutes after they were cleaned. Carpets were dry by the next morning, stairs took an extra day to fully dry.. They explained any questions we had, and worked with us to schedule the work day. We minimized any down time. Much better job than those we have had in the past.

These guys are fan-freaking-tastic. I've had them out before to clean and remove a stain I never thought would come out, and they saved me from replacing my entire basement carpet. Had them back today to clean 1 room and remove stains in 4 rooms. They're very professional through the entire experience. Steve came out today, assessed the stains, and said he thought he could remove 3 of the 4 stains, and he was right. Paint stain - gone. Orange soda stain - gone. Large pet stain - gone. The 4th was due to some exercise equipment and looks like it permanently affected the carpet.

Great. Very thorough and did a good job. I have used Langenwalter's almost every time I have had carpets cleaned in the past 11.5 years. I really appreciate the friendliness of their guys and the good work they do. As an aside, they have had to come at least TWICE for water softener leaks that soaked our basement thoroughly. They come immediately when you have a water leak. I was able to schedule the carpets in a timely manner and they called ahead and let me know when they would arrive.
