I arrived late and he wanted to review what he had already done to catch me up. Then invited me along through every part of the inspection. Sometimes he was a bit too "technical" with his description, almost reluctant to explain in layman's terms, what something meant. No matter, I am very pleased with the work he performed! He offers a 10% discount for Angie's List members.

Today we had a home inspection completed by Carl Wilson with Indy Pro Inspection Services. Carl arrived early and had the roofing inspection completed prior to our arrival. Carl was more than thorough going through the home and was very informative to us. He took time to articulate what he was looking at and gave us an honest explanation about it. Carl has a wealth of knowledge and we were able to learn a lot about our new home. I would highly recommend him.

Carl did a great job! He was very professional and was already inside the house starting his work before we arrived. My husband stayed with him during the entire inspection, and Carl explained and pointed out everything he was seeing. He was also very receptive to any questions we had for him. The inspection was very thorough, Dave Maudlin from Indy Pro explained everything as he went along. The report was prepared on site and included all the information my lender needed. Dave also provided information on upkeep and what to keep an eye on in the future. I would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection done.

Excellent service, very thorough. His report is detailed and very thorough as well, and he is reasonably priced, this is the third inspection he has done for me.

A few words to describe my experience. Educational. Thorough. Professional. Carl showed up early and was already getting started on the exterior inspection when I arrived. He walked me through and explained everything before moving on to the next portion of the house. I am very satisfied with my experience and wouldn't think twice of using anyone other than Indy Pro. This being our first home it was nice to have the ability to ask questions and learn while the process was going on.

Carl was fantastic! The report is very easy to read and he let us know all of the things we need to have fixed as soon as possible and what to keep an eye on down the road. He arrived right on time and got to work right away. (We were actually a few minutes behind but when we got there, he had already gotten started!) I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a good and honest home inspector!

Carl was excellent! He walked us through everything that he was doing and gave us a full, detailed report within an hour of being done! Took pictures and outlined everything that he found which was great. Even though we fund him through our realtor he still honored the 5% Angie's List discount which was great! The whole inspection took under 2 hours which was less then what we had been estimated which was great. Overall everything went absolutely perfect, especially since this is our first home and didn't know what to expect, he did a great job explaining it all to us. I would definitely recommend  him to anyone in search of an inspection!

I would highly recommend Carl as a home inspector. We actually found him after he had inspected our current home that we are selling because of the thorough and professional job he did for our buyer.
He inspected our new home and encouraged us to walk through with him as he explained everything. He not only was explaining basics, he discussed what he was looking at and why, the maintenance in detail and how to get the most out of our home. Not one stone went un-turned. He arrived early to inspect the roof first as to not have us stand in the cold outside or wait too long for him, he took lots of pictures and notes. He sent the report immediately after he was done with the inspection.
He was very friendly, trustworthy and personable and he made it such a relief on us. I would absolutely call him again or recommend him to anyone inspecting a new or existing home (or if you even just have home questions!).

Dave did excellent work.  Not only was his inspection itself thorough - checking things that other inspectors we've used have ignored - but he also answered all of my questions about maintenance and operation of elements of the home.  He suggested methods for home improvement if I were to choose to do it myself.  He spotted a number of items that are essential for occupancy of the home.  For instance, the attic insulation was to be to 12-14 inches.  In most areas it was 8".  The builder will correct as a result of his inspection report.  I found this service exceptionally professional, useful, and affordable.

Dave did a thorough inspection! He encouraged me to walk through with him and it was a great experience. I learned a ton about the implications of the items he looks for/identifed. I had a copy of the inspection in my email before he left. I shared the report with my husband and father. Both said they were impressed with the level of detail. Indy Pro (DAVE) exceeded my expectations!

He was prompt and did a thorough job for my client

He reviewed all the inspection results with me, offered priority items and helped me basically get things identified that need  attended to that I did not know needed attention. That was the point of the inspection.  I am not trying to sell my home, but I don't crawl in attics or crawl spaces, etc. and I wanted to be sure things were in order.  We are the sole homeowners in this house for the past 35 years.

He was very thorough!  He went onto the roof, into the crawlspace, and inspected the suspended ceilings.  He sent us a very detailed, organized report with dozens of pictures.  And his price was reasonable.  I definitely recommend this company, he is a true professional.  After this inspection, my sister used Carl after a major remodel, and had the same excellent work. 

This company is A-1! I would not hesitate to hire them in your purchase or list process - you will receive an accurate and fair report.
