Very professional, very friendly and nice in every way.

Brian Mayes was very competent and professional from the estimate to the completion of the work. We have had the fence for 8 years and never maintained it the way we should have so it was pretty gross. Brian had to use some elbow grease to get the dirt and grime off, but he did and it looks great. He also used 2 coats of stain on the inside of fence.

It was a very good experience. I see why they're on your super service list.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, Brian called to let me know when he would be there to powerwash, he came when he said. He came the next day to stain the deck. It looks GREAT he cover all plants and shrubs around it. The process was very clean you could not tell he had been there except for the PLEASURE of coming home to a NEW LOOKING DECK. Clean up was perfect.

Bryan Mayes was very courteous and prompt, and his price was great. I can't say enough good things about him.

This was a delightful experience. Brian Mayes responded promptly to my request for a quote, and then did the work expeditiously and well. We talked only by phone (I was out each time he came) but that posed no problem--he knew what to do and did it. He even added a stretch of sidewalk that was not in the original scope, and did it at no additional charge. He also spray cleaned our garage door--again, not in the original quote. The result is a much-improved appearance and a surface ready for winter. I am well pleased with his work.

They were great! I was very happy with the service. Brian recommended options that would be cost effective for me. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality was great. I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone who would ask!

Overall, we had a good experience. He was very professional and returned our phone calls promptly and scheduled our job ahead of the promised time. He pressure washed our screen porch for no additional cost, which we very much appreciated. We had some obvious ''drips'' from the stain around the railing and steps. We asked him to stop by and look at the ''drips''. He came by and sanded some of it, but left most of the ''drips''. We wanted the drip marks around the deck and steps removed (or sanded) so the project would be finished. Instead, we will be sanding and finishing the deck.

BRIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING AND STAINING OUR DECK. ALSO POWER WASHED AND STAINED SMALL STORAGE SHED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED.

We received a quick response from the company but thought the quote was a little too high so we didn't use them.

Brian came out to clean our deck last year and told us that he didn't see the need to stain the deck because there was still plenty of stain left. We found this quite refreshing to have someone tell us that we didn't have to spend money where it wasn't necessary. He went ahead and put us on his list to contact this year to check back on the deck. While we were out he did come to clean and stain our deck and it looks beautiful. He even double stained the high traffic areas for us. His prices seemed a little higher than another person we had used, but the quality of the workmanship was definitely worth it. We would recommend him highly to anyone. He even honored an estimate that he gave us the previous year, we thought this was very fair and professional.

Came two weeks BEFORE we were scheduled. Did a beautiful job. Even did an extra bench at no charge. All our neighbors and guests have raved about our beautiful deck. We are VERY pleased.

Brian did a fabulous job with returning the deck to near-new condition! He'll be the first to tell you that this was a tougher than usual case, but he was determined to achieve results, and he put forth the effort until it met with his approval, which definitely also met with ours!

The company would probably do a very good job, but the price was almost twice as much as the other company we called and we really didn't like the deck stain colors they offered, as well as, we liked the sample colors provided by the other company.($966.00)

On the agreed upon day of service, they cleaned the area that was designated and also cleaned another area with no additional charge to us! Both areas were done thoroughly and better than I could even have imagined. The original area was the deck area around the pool; the area they did gratis was a porch area under an exposed porch. Their extra work made the entire pool environment look as good as, if not better than, the summer it was installed!I highly recommend this company INDY DECK MAGIC, INC to any of our members for the quality of its work, the timeliness of their service delivery, and the fairness and value of its pricing.

MARVELOUS JOB. DECK HAD BEEN NEGLECTED AND WAS IN BAD SHAPE. THE HOT WATER WASH AND STAIN REMOVAL, PLUS THE DECK TONER, MADE THE DECK LOOK LIKE NEW. WE COULD HARDLY BELIEVE OUR EYES. COULD HAVE HAD IT DONE LESS EXPENSIVELY, BUT FEEL WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. TOOK THE TIME TO COUNSEL WITH US AND SHOW PHOTOS OF COMPLETED WORK.

CALLED, WITHOUT A REQUEST FROM ME, TO ADVISE THAT SEALANT I WAS GOING TO USE WAS ON SALE. SAVED ME SEVERAL DOLLARS. ADVISED ME HOW TO DO SEALING WORK MYSELF.

BRIAN WAS VERY PROMPT IN GIVING ME AN ESTIMATE AND PERFORMING THE WORK. IN ADDITION TO CLEANING AND STAINING THE DECK, HE POWERWASHED THE ADJACENT CONCRETE AT NO EXTRA COST. AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, I DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SOME STAINING, BUT BRIAN ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALLS THE SAME DAY, AND MADE SURE THE PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OF TO MY SATISFACTION. THE DECK LOOKS GREAT!

I THINK THE HOT WATER, AND CARE AND MANAGEMENT OF EQUIPMENT, MAKES THE JOB WORTH IT.

OVERALL, WE'RE SATISFIED AND THE DECK LOOKS NICE. SEVERAL OF THE SHRUBS/PLANTS THAT WERE COVERED UP WITH TARPS DURING THE STAINING NOW HAVE DEAD SPOTS. THEY WILL BE FINE ONCE WE TRIM THE DEAD OFF, BUT WERE WEREN'T EXPECTING THAT RESULT. BRIAN WAS QUICK TO POINT OUT HOW METICULOUS HE IS, AND, INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING, WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO TALK ABOUT HOW CAREFUL HE IS. AGAIN, AT THIS POINT NOTHING CAN BE DONE, BUT APOLOGIZING RATHER THAN TRYING TO SHIFT BLAME OR CLAIM IGNORANCE WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. BRIAN'S WORK WAS DONE IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR, AND HE WAS VERY FLEXIBLE TO OUR SCHEDULE. SUPERB WORK AND THE OUTCOME IS GREAT.

NOT ONLY DID I RECEIVE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION TO MY PHONE REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE, BUT THE OWNER CAME OUT THAT VERY DAY TO LOOK AT THE DECK. HE WAS PROMPT, POLITE, EFFICIENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
