Brian worked me into his schedule earlier than I had anticipated. The job was done quickly and looks great.

Brian came out the day after I emailed him about an estimate. He explained the process and gave us his estimate that day and said he probably couldn't do the work til mid or late July. After contacting him about performing the work, he soon had a cancellation and worked us in for mid June, which was great. He worked quickly, did not get any stain on the house, and the deck looks new. He even stained the underside of the stairs since they are visible from a lower patio. He told us about proper aftercare.

This is my second time using Indy Deck Magic. They are great! Brian is the owner and he is the one who does the work. He doesn't send subs to the work. He shows up ready to go and works with great care of the house and landscape. His work is excellent. He finished both of my decks in two days. Now the weather was perfect but he has always been very good at getting done when the weather permits. I can only tell you that you can't go wrong using Brian for any work on your property. He is a really nice guy, too.

Excellent. Brian took my call, came by the house within a couple of days to give an estimate and performed the work as agreed within about one week. Brian was very good at explaining the nature of the work, the expected results and how he priced the job. He actually cleaned some areas that were not bid for no extra charge. In a world where everyone seems to cut corners, Brian's extra efforts are to be commended.

He is a good guy and does great work. I would use him again.

IDM provided a quick turn around. My wife and I were expecting a large number of guests for the weekend and IDM quickly came and completed the job.

We called Indy Deck Magic to provide us an estimate on power washing our house and to give us a recommendation on staining our deck. Brian promptly returned our call and provided us estimates (at no charge). He was very honest and told us that we really didn't need to stain our deck for at least another year. We elected to have Brian power wash our house, which he completed much to our satisfaction.

Brian was EXTREMELY responsive! He called me the same afternoon I left a message for him and was at my home the next day to give me an estimate for the work. I told him of an upcoming graduation party and my hope that the deck maintenance would be done in time for that party. He took that information and told me he would do his best to get the work completed by then. When the cold weather hit, I assumed that he would be far behind schedule, so I was truthfully worried that the work would not be done in time. Brian came through in PLENTY of time. He carefully pressure washed the deck, rails and stairs on one day and returned on the day he said he would to do the staining. The deck looks as good as new. I will be happy to call him again for deck maintenance in the future and will give his name to family and friends. His service may not be the least expensive, but it was worth every penny for the quality of the finished product.

I haven't had work done yet. I thought the price was quite high for doing a driveway (with only minimal dirt - no areas of obvious discoloration) and a 6 x 9 ft. landing in front of the front door. The price did not include any type of sealing material.

Promptly and courteously handled; an early rain, however, left a few patches that require painting again.

They did an excellent job, they took the deck down to the original wood and resealed it making it look fabulous. They were a little expensive but worth it.

CALLED THEM TODAY, FROM AD IN BACK OF OUR MAGAZINE, SPOKE TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, AND HE SAID NOT TO USE HIM, HE FELT THAT IT COULDN'T BE CLEANED, PROPERLY, FELT IT WOULD BE MORE TO MY ADVANTAGE TO JUST REPLACE THE CONCRETE. DIDN'T COME OUT AND LOOK AT JUST WENT BY DESCRIPTION. DIDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO THE JOB. I WOULD USE HIM FOR OTHER JOBS HE DID RETURN CALL, VERY OPEN AND HONEST ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.

My deck had not been cleaned or stained for 10 years. Brian pressured washed it and then stained it with the color of my choice. It looks like new. I found him through Angie's List, and I would recommend him highly. He does the work himself, does not use subcontractors.

Our fence looks great now. He even got to the hard to reach places.
