Description of Work: They said they would fix the legs and it would look nice they didn't fix them they still look scratched and bad it was my Aunts and I wanted it nice the upholstery its fine but the arms and legs they did nothing he said he would come back and get it but he didn't . I tolled him when he came I was afraid to do this because of this he said know they would fix that when they did it well they did not now I'm afraid if I try it will get on the upholstery and I don't want that he did a good job on the actuial chair its just the legs and arms look bad with the new.

Description of Work: I paid $99 for $200 in furniture restoration from Dominic's through Angie's List. I requested and received two quotes from them for furniture refinishing. but the prices were more than we can spend right now. I also asked for a price on refinishing an antique table, but they said they don't restore wood products. I have nothing I can use the $99 for, so I am requesting a refund? Thank you

Description of Work: Replaced foam in sofa cushions. I communicated with Dominics by email and phone. I received the requested information promptly. I used the Angie's Big Deal and got an even better price than expected. Pickup and delivery to my door was also a plus!

Description of Work: Reupholstered an antique love seat and re-stained it. It went very well. It took longer than I thought it would but the piece is beautiful. Worth the wait. Gino and Jon were great to work with.

Description of Work: Providing an estimate for the repair of a leather recliner. Very responsive kept their appointment time, provided lots of information about the process

Description of Work: I have not yet been contacted by them and am disappointed as I gave them three dates and they told me I would receive a call from them and all three dates have passed

Description of Work: They were slow to respond but I contacted Angie's List and then got a call right away. They apologized about being really busy. I believe Dominique and his son came to the house and they were prompt and timely. They brought the appropriate tools and we discussed what I wanted done. They had many fabric books and we went trough them. They took measurements and said they would call before coming. They called right before I was preparing to go into surgery. They said they would be starting and went ahead and took two chairs that I had picked the fabrics. While I was in the hospital they came back and took one of the two sofas. I am still waiting for them to bring the chairs and sofa back. I don't know the ending but they seemed professional and apparently are a family owned business which I liked. I will be curious to see the outcome. The process seems to be taking along time. |
