We arranged a service call two days ahead. The technician arrived on time, figured out the problem and returned later the same day as arranged with needed parts to complete the work. He was very polite and seemed to be thorough. I felt he went above and beyond to provide good service.

The work was done real well. They were really nice.

The plumber came to my house within 2 hours, gave me an estimate and fixed the leak.

They did a good job and I will use them again.

They give 24 hour service if you have an emergency. Do not remember job cost.

The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful, and he made several suggestions as to what might be wrong. I did schedule an appointment, but I had to cancel due to other matters that required my financial attention. He was very polite when I called to cancel, and he encouraged me to call when I was able to.

He replaced a leaking wax ring on toilet for $120. Attending plumber completely rendered the shower useless and wanted $450 to go through the wall to replace the valve. He spent most of his time on the phone talking to his company. He did not look at the kitchen faucet at all.

They were great. I had a problem with the thermostat. The heater was set to its highest setting, sucking lots of gas. When I would turn it down, it would shut off. There were a variety of repairs that needed to be done, and it was suggested I replace it (since it was already 10 years old). They were very honest with me, as I had called other companies, and their prices were a lot higher. Bobby came out to service, and he was extremely experience, really pleasant, detailed and cleaned up so well I could not even tell that I have even had someone here. I would highly recommend them.

Showed up right on time. Charged me exactly what was quoted. Offered me several options and candid recommendations on the choices. Informed me the water pressure from the mainline is too high in addition to the work requested. Did the work quickly with little fuss. Looked like good work. No pictures (already closed holes in wall, sorry). Definitely would recommend.

A representative came out to my home to look at the job on March 1st. He stated that a written quote would be mailed to me in 2-3 days. On March 15th, I called to ask where my quote was. I was informed that the company was having personnel issues, and they had no idea what my quote would be. They no longer had anyone to do tile, either. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was professional and apologetic. He verbally quoted me a rough estimate for the work I wanted, and pointed me to a warehouse on the north side of town to pick out tile and fixtures. I was originally leaning towards this company; however, I didn't want a hastily assembled crew working on my home.

I have used them before for other work. However, it took me forever to get them out here to give me an estimate, and then it took awhile until I actually received a written estimate which I needed for insurance reasons.

They stuck to the original price they gave. They did a good job and I would use them again. I was very satisfied.

I HAVE CALLED THEM 3 OR 4 TIMES AND EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT THEY ARE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, AND POLITE. I FEEL CONFIDENT WITH THEM.

The first time we went to use the spigot we found that the pipe burst over the winter and flooded a downstairs room because the Y joint cause the pipe to break and Mr. Bedell said the pipe burst because the Y had been left on all winter. He said he did not sell the Y part so he was not responsible. We said to replace the pipe he had to remove the Y to get the pipe through the wall of the house, when the pipe was installed he reattached the "Y" so we are saying his plumber created our problem. I thought I was being generous in saying that I would split the cost of the repair but he would not agree to that. When we told his plumber to go ahead and fix it, he got in his truck and left. When I called Mr. Bedell back he said he instructed his plumber to leave.

They followed up quickly and were prompt. They had everything done in a day and a half. They did a great job and i am using them again.

After some schedule confusion at the beginning about when the job was to start, Jay did come out and installed the drain. The drain is operational and does a good job of removing the surface water, however the company has never come back out to complete the job. At this point I have contacted them several times this spring to come back and finish the grading work. At this point we have a 400 foot mound of dirt running down our side yard.

They were great and I plan to use them again in the very near future.

Jay answered the phone when I called, and wanted to talk me through the problem, to make sure it wasn't something simple that I could fix, however, we already knew the old pump was failing and needed replaced. I was given an estimate over the phone. The plumber, who showed up on time, took care to keep our house clean (internal crawl space access), did the work (with my young children watching), and answered every question we could think of. We appreciated the work! Price seemed high, but in line with other companies. I should have gone into plumbing!

Serviceman was prompt to the job and in completion of the job, as proposed.

They took care of my garbage disposal in a very nice manner. He cleaned everything out. He had to take the pipes out from under the sink. He did it in a good amount of time and knew what he was doing. He was pleasant and funny. And it was a good experience. I thought his price was reasonable.

This is the third time I have used Bedell Plumbing. Each time the work was done well and on time. I knew before the work was done how much the charge would be. I highly recommend them.

Larry P. with Bedell fixed difficult plumbing issues with 80 year old plumbing that no other plumbing company could, or would attempt to do. All of the other plumbing companies told us that the issues with the old plumbing would force us into major remodeling projects. Larry easily, quickly and efficiently fixed a couple of nagging issues and one that was more urgent. He also fixed a smaller issue caused by another plumber years ago that no one else had any ideas, other than expensive ones, on how to fix. Although the hourly rate seems high, the overall repair cost due to Larry's ability to fix existing problems compared to ripping out old bath rooms for a complete remodel is huge. I would recommend this company (and especially Larry) to anyone. They were timely, professional and extraordinarily skilled.

He was very knowledgeable and professional, extremely timely. I was quite impressed actually. I was comfortable with him going in and out of the house. They're my official plumber.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THEY DID 12 HOUSEHOLDS AND GAVE US A LOWER PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THEM, ESPECIALLY THE FAMILY I WORKED WITH.

There was a problem, but they immediately fixed the problem. They were very responsive.
