He had to come back twice because there was still a leak. It was a very frustrating experience. He discovered that it was the design of the new faucet that my husband had installed. He came back to install the new faucet that we had purchased. He had to come on another occasion because there was still a little bit of a leak, and it was determined that it was the sink that was warped a little, he was able to fix that with caulking. We appreciated his persistence and tolerance. We would use them again.

Was called out to do a bid and ultimately didn't get one.

since it was after hours (around 7:00) he quoted me the price for an emergency call plus the drain cleaning ($240). I told him that he should send someone out; within 30 minutes, Larry arrived and began work. He had some equipment problems and had to take time to work with his equipment. It was very hot and humid outside with lots of insects but he kept at it without complaint. He finally completed the job about 10:30. He mentioned that the drain obstruction was about 75 feet from the house and that is why it took so long. In any case, the problem was fixed and I was satisfied with both the service and the result.

The workers were polite and work neatly and had the job done in about a day & a half. We are very happy with all that has been done. We are so thankful for your Angie's List.

Was told before that water pressure was to high and needed to put a pressure valve so that I can have control of the pressure. Had him look at that, and he said it was fine.

I WAS NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY, AND HE FIXED IT. I WAS SATISFIED, HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY CHARGED AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

I came home from work early to try to tackle the clogged toilet. I was ready to go to the hardware store when I decided to use the list. I called a few other Plumbers, but no one could come out today. They also had high prices and some would not even give me a rough idea. I called Bedell @ 3:42 pm, Thur. Talked to the dispatcher he quoted a price if it was the toilet only, and he could get someone out right away. Larry arrived @ 4:20pm w/tools in hand. In less than a minute he had the toilet unclogged. While checking his work he noticed the float switch was not shutting off. He uncapped it and a bunch of sand and mineral deposits came out. He gave it a rinse and reassembled. Good as new. Took him a couple of minutes. I would have spent the afternoon trying to solve this. For his kindness I am truly grateful. I paid by credit card and he was out the drive @ 4:43 p.m. They will be my first choice plumber; will request Larry. His expertise was worth more than what I paid. Great work!

I was impressed with the professionalism and willingness to explain how these faucets work from my first phone conversation with them. They were able to send someone over on a day and time that suited me, were clear about the costs, and called me on the day of service to apologize and advise that the service men would be coming a little later than planned due to unforeseen circumstances. I thought that I needed two faucets replaced, but they were honest and told me that one just needed to be tightened. They also did extra work to locate the main water supply for my house.

I joined Angie's List to find some good plumbers and have succeeded in my quest. They gave me an estimate over the phone for fixing the drainage problem from my washing machine. The guy on the phone answered many of my questions about other issues we were having in our home and was very helpful. I was scheduled for the next day and they called to see if the could come a bit earlier if I would be there. Two guys came and were very professional. One immediately fixed the water pressure in the kitchen sink, while the other went down to the crawlspace to assess the problem. They listened to the water draining and had me fill and drain the washer so they could see what was happening. They discovered the pitch of the pipe was wrong and they adjusted it and drained the washer again to make sure the problem was fixed. It was. they answered a question about our water heaters and were not annoyed with my questions not concerning the particular job they were there for.

I called at 8 a.m. The person who answered the phone asked questions so they could have a good idea what to bring on their truck. He was pleasant and professional. He gave me an estimated time of arrival and there was a follow-up phone call to be more precise (and the arrival was within the initial time-frame). The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable and he quickly had the unit running again. He answered a number of questions.

They dug an extremely small pump on a very cold day. Disappointed but have not had any issues yet. I am not sure if I have the same satisfactory results if we have a lot of rain.

It was fantastic; we were concerned that it could have been a very expensive fix, but their prices were extremely fair and they came out the same day we called. Ask for Larry, he's an honest, hard-working guy, the kind of person you feel perfectly safe leaving in your home if you're not there. He quickly assessed the problem and got everything fixed up and cleaned up very efficiently, and was very pleasant to work with. We have found our plumbers for life!

I have had to call them back 3 times and I still have some problems. They always came back when I called, but it is very frustrating and I just want to be done with it.

It worked temporarily but I had to get Roto Rooter out. We have used Bedell before and they are very good. Prices are very fair. I'd use them again.

I've had them out 2 or 3 times. Each time, they gave me an estimate by phone, and they stuck to the estimate when it came time to do the work. I've always had good experiences with them.

He did a very good job and worked well.

He seemed more interested in insisting that we do the project his way, which had merit, but wasn't really what we wanted. Most disappointing was that he didn't call back. We decided not to go ahead with the remodeling at this time.

All repairs were completed in a timely manner. I was very impressed with Jason's competency, professionalism, and upbeat attitude. He gave me advise about other potential plumbing problems that would need to be addressed in the future. I really appreciated the manner in which he went about his work. Everything was cleaned up afterwards.

A plumber showed up with 2 hours of my initial call (even though it wasn't an emergency). He was polite and friendly. When he looked at the softener, he explained that this was likely a fairly common problem; salt in the bottom had clumped and blocked the system. He vacuumed/hand-cleaned the interior of the tank, hauled out the old salt ("very" heavy) and generally did a thorough job. It took over an hour, so the amount was over the base visit cost, but I was happy to pay to have the job done right.

Very professional, on time, price was good. Very good company.

The problem was solved but I believe the cost was excessive. The repair took less than 10 minutes and cost $105.00.

This is an excellent company. In booking the service call, the owner answered all of my questions. The two installers made sure that I thoroughly understood everything before they left. Not only was the work high quality, but they were efficient. They quoted me a price per job, not per hour and they also upheld those prices even though they had to re-route some drain lines to finish the job. Will definitely use them again.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The workers were polite and willing to explain what was going on. They had to go get the right length of pipe but were back quickly and then left when the job was done.

He said the job was more challenging then he anticipated but he stuck with it and did an excellent job. The job stayed within the estimate price wise. I would hire them again.
