The guy that came out was really helpful, nice and professional. They keep somebody on call all the time. They did a great job. I had forgotten about my Angie?s List coupon originally, and they let me send in a new check with the coupon. They were very nice about that which I appreciated.

They were great. Their price was fair. The young man who came was very polite, efficient and informative.

Work was done quickly and done right. The plumber showed up on time and was very courteous. Appreciated the "senior discount" as well. I'd call Bedell Plumbing again if I have a plumbing problem.

It went great. We gave them our tenant's phone number to do their own scheduling. They showed up the same day and took care of the problem.

They called back very quickly after we explained the problem. They showed up promptly and called back with an estimate. Once we accepted the estimate, they scheduled the work. They showed up timely and fixed the problem.

There was a rattling in the walls when running the dishwasher. The technician informed me that it was due to an increase in water pressure from the water company. The gentleman arrived on time and installed the system successfully, which halted the rattling. He was especially aware of the safety of my young sons and me during the process- sautering was required. Two days later, I noticed water spraying from the top of the water heater. The tech returned immediately after I called, without needing an appointment. One of the pipes was leaky - one on which he had not worked, but could possibly have damaged without knowing it. It would have been impossible to prove whether the installation had had anything to do with the leak, but he repaired it without charging me a cent, regardless, taking the blame for it himself. I especially appreciated that. (By the way, I didn't shop around for a low price, so am unsure of how it compares to others.)

I noticed over a period of several weeks that there was water leaking from what I thought was a pipe leading to the furnace; it turned out that it was my water heater that was slowly springing a leak at the base. I didn't have an emergency as the leak was very light, but was about to leave out of town and knew I needed to get it replaced before I left. I called Bedell Plumbing late one evening in hopes of them getting the message the next day to see if I could get scheduled with them over the next day or two. While leaving a message, Jay Bedell called me back! Now that's service! Jay rearranged their schedule for the next morning so that he could have someone at my house at 8 a.m. By 10 a.m., I had a new water heater working perfectly! I can't say enough of how impressed I was with the prompt response and the excellent work that was done by this company. I will definitely provide their name to my friends and family for any work they need done!

Work was performed as stated over the phone and at the price quoted.

They were very shady. They upped their prices significantly partway through the projects. The work they wanted to do was over $500.00. When I told them I would not be able to do that at that time they got very rude. I would not use them again.

Larry started with a small motorized snake machine which ended up pushing the clog to the point where the garage drain joins the (larger) kitchen drain. After attacking the clog with a larger machine from the more accessible kitchen drain, the clog was cleared. I had given it a try with a manual snake before calling Bedell with no result. After seeing the amount of work it took to finally clear the drain, I'm glad I didn't spend any more time working on it with hand tools. While Larry was in the crawlspace formulating a plan of attack, he also noticed that the main kitchen drain pipe (PVC) was starting to warp a little bit, which may cause another clog down the road. He did not give me any pressure to get the pipe replaced immediately. It was nice of him to give me a heads up on the warped pipe.

The job went very well. The plumber was on time, courteous, and professional. He let me know before he shut the water off, and worked quickly to remove the old water heater and install the new one. The quality of the work was first rate, and he managed to lug the new 80 gallon heater down a flight of stairs. The next day, two men came to haul away the old water heater (which had a lot of heavy sludge in it). They took care of what little clean-up there was. I'll certainly call them in the future.

He was very nice and punctual. Checked to see if there was anything else that needed to be done before he left.

We had a leak when we were on vacation that started damaging the floor.

They did good work and we would use them again.

Plumber was very polite and courteous even wearing booties over his shoes when in the house. His first job was to replace a bathtub spout but he was unable to keep it from leaking, may have been a bad part but he didn't charge for that even though he spent a significant amount of time trying to repair it. I have no complaints about that. Second job was the removal and replacement of a lavatory faucet on a pedestal sink. I have no complaints of the faucet installation but he did leave the room a mess. There were hand prints on the wall near the sink and silicone on the sink and wall. I'm no plumber, but even I know that putting down a strip of masking tape on the sink and wall before applying the silicone would have kept it from making such a mess. Now I am stuck waiting for the silicone to dry before scraping it off the sink and cleaning it off the wall. I have not needed to hire a plumber before but I can't believe that the standard is for the customer to clean up after the plumber.

I called at approximately 10:00am to schedule an appointment and by 1:30pm, the technician had unclogged the sink and had installed the new garbage disposal. It was the quickest service I've ever received.

The guy on the job did a great job. No one has ever snaked that drain like he did. I am embarrassed to tell you what all came out of it. He did this three times to get it thoroughly. The faucet has been perfect too.

The owner (Jay Bedell) handled all office calls regarding scheduling and purchasing. Jay was always friendly and professional on the phone. Workers were courteous, professional and took precautions to keep things neat and clean when working in my home. I was pleased with the quality of the work and materials, but, like most people, I find the cost of plumbing labor and toilets to be a little unreasonable. I understand that you can find cheaper toilets, but to get anything other than a very basic design in white is going to cost you at least $450+freight, and a lot of toilets that are nothing special have prices in the $1000 to $2000 range (believe it!)

Very impressed with the work ethic and quality of workmanship that Brian performed for us. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be performed. I've gone through several plumbing companies over the years trying to find one that would do quality work in a timely fashion for a reasonable rate. I will use nothing but Bedell from here on out.

Very quick, came out within an hour, did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Everything went very well and we are proud of our non-sliding toilet seat, shiny bathroom pipes, and strong washer hoses.

First, I called Mr. Bedell. We discussed the problem and he assured me that they could fix it. He explained to me the intent of the wording on the AL coupon, and we figured out a better way to state the idea that the diagnostic/service call is $105, but is free with work. Plumber was ten minutes early (great!), slipped on his booties for the inside part of the diagnosis and crawled into the crawl space to figure it out. After two flushes, he correctly diagnosed the problem and found a second problem that surprised me. Gave me a ballpark estimate and I approved the work. Had all of the pieces for the job on his truck, except one. For that piece, he was gone and back very quickly. Got the job done fast, pleasant conversation and seemed to enjoy his work. He was even nice to my shih-tzu dogs. Very professional and I certainly feel that the price matched the speed and quality of the work. The final price and the estimate were very very close. Good job, I'll hire them again.

Excellent. I had a small flood and they were there within an hour, completed several jobs. Neil was organized, cleaned up afterward, explained the options and got along with my 3 dogs.

They were very professional. I would call them back to do the work anyway.

They were supposed to get back to me after coming out to my home to check out the problem. They never got back to me. They were friendly and nice, but very unresponsive. I wasn't confident with his proposal.
