Well, it seems to be working fine, although it's been a few months, it seems to me that in fine, no problems with the installation, cleaned up after the installation.

Every time I call I have the pleasure of dealing with Jay, the owner. No matter how busy they are, they are able to make it to our house the same day, even in times of heavy rain and flooding. Jay always provides a fair and reliable quote, and we are always pleased with their work. We have been a customer of theirs for the past 6 years.

He overcharged me without even doing anything. All he did was show me the leak and tell me that I would have to hire some one else to get it fixed. He then charged me about one-hundred dollars for his twenty minutes of service. And some of that time it seemed like he was just killing time.

They showed up on time. He knew what he was doing. He was very professional. He told me some stuff to watch out for. He checked my hot water heater for me also.

We noticed one of our toilets running all the time. We called up Bedell Plumbing to take a look. All of our toilets are the same age and he thought it would be better to have all our toilets internal workings replaced. It took him about an hour to fix all of them. I really liked his work, we haven't had a problem since. We're having them come back to replace our kitchen sink.

I called up Bedell Plumbing since I had a drain that was stopped up. They used a snake to open up the drain. There wasn't a tap that was easily accessible to get to the line, so they added a new one. Overall I was pleased with their work and am going to use them again.

This was a slow leak that finally busted. They came out while we were not home and fixed the leak. I called on a Friday and they were out the following Monday. They were very fast and given that they had to bring in a back ho and dig up the front yard, the price was reasonable.

The plumber looked at the problem area under the sink. He then replaced the parts that had failed. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the repair.

I was anxious to get it up and he came as fast as he could for me. He asked me for my opinion on everything, like where I wanted it, how I wanted it. His pricing is very reasonable.

They are really nice. They are the perfect size. They are large enough that they can get to you if you need them, but small enough that you often get the same person to work on your stuff. We have used them on five different occasions, and they always did a great job. They keep the house clean.

We had no problems. He came on time. Got the job done on time. Was no more then the proposal that he had given me. I would use them again in the future. They did a wonderful job. I have had no problems since.

Bedell was incredibly responsive, and kept me posted on everything that was happening, which is great as I am managing this property from a distance. He was able to fit us in quickly and the team was extremely professional. I asked them to take care of any additional issues my tenants had, which they were able to do on site in just a few minutes (replaced a spigot, repaired a shower head, etc). We were incredibly pleased with their customer service and the quality of the work was excellent.

They sent 2 different plumbers, the first didn't know what he was doing and kept calling the office for instructions. Instead of just pulling the toilet like I wanted he cut into a drain pipe, which turned out to be a complicated procedure. The next day they sent out another guy who eventually went up on the roof and tried to do the clog from there. Finally they thought it was clear, after one day it was clogged again. They then said it was a collapsed pipe and I needed to spend more money and have a camera examine it. I finally called another company, they came out and my drain has been running clear for several days now. Bedell had 2 plumbers who did do a lot of antics. The second company pulled the toilet and snaked out the drain. I want my money back. Bedell insists there is another problem with the drain. I paid Bedell $412 not to have my drain unclogged. I spent $207 and my drain is unclogged. If my drain clogs again in the near future which he says it will I will apologize, but for now I have waited an appropriate length of time for it to clog again and it hasn't.

My hot water heater is in a difficult place to get to and they did a good job getting to it and it was done in a very timely manner. They were professional and polite and I will be using them again.

They did a good job. They worked efficiently. They had given me an estimate before starting and the final price was exactly what they quoted me. They were responsive and knowledgeable.

They are very professional. The work was exactly what I went for. They were knowledgeable. The helper also knew what he was doing as well. The price was very good. He was very honest and I would use him again in the future.

The guy was very nice and helpful. I believe that he did a good job. There was nothing out of place or dirty, he did a good job cleaning up. He seemed professional.

Harry the plumber was on time. Very pleasant and polite, well qualified and efficient.

Everything was completed on-time and without a hitch.

He did the plumbing on the garbage disposal, but he had problems with the electrical part. When the guy left, it was not working because of the electrical problem. We had to call an electrician to come and take care of the rest of the problem. The plumber more or less said that the problem was my problem, as some electrical problems existed before. The plumber was a nice man however. My biggest concern was with the attitude of the owner when I tried to call back. I would have even paid more to them if they had offered to do something about it or recommended someone.

The first 2 visits were not successful but the third, when Rob Taylor came, was successful. He did a great job. They were professional and polite. They did not charge me for the return visits.

They quoted the work as an hour. They did what they said they would do. The cost was a little less then they said it would be. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves.

The service was professional and friendly from my initial phone conversation with Jay to the work performed by Neil. I called at 8 am and Neil arrived by around 9:30 am. He was finished in about an hour. I had called another company who couldnt arrive until Wednesday, so I was very happy with the quick service from Bedell since we were out of a shower. Neil left me a quote for another job (non-urgent) which we will also have them do. I will definitely use this company for future plumbing work.

Neil arrived a bit early (9am instead of 10am), which worked out fine for us except that I had a pot to clean so he could begin his work. He got straight to business and began removing the old sink. We had been considering installing new toilets in our home, so while he was working, I asked him a few questions about toilets. He was very helpful in providing information about the different types of things to look for in buying new toilets. Before he left, he provided us with quotes on prices for having Bedell do the work for us. His work was very clean and the end result was exactly what we wanted. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend Bedell Plumbing to friends.
