They did a great job and they came when they said they were going to. We are going to have them come out again. I highly recommend them. They are very professional.

It went very well. They (2 plumbers) arrived on time and quickly began fixing the problem. The faucets leaked around the handle when they were turned on. The fix for three outside hose bibs took about 20 minutes. I also had them look at the primary and the back up sump pump just to ensure that all was well. They were done in about 1/2 an hour.

Bedell came out and took back their equipment and we are square.

It went perfectly. He said she would be here at 8:00 and was. He was finished by 9:00 or 9:30. He checked everything to make sure it was working. They had someone out here the same day I called to give an estimate and did not charge for the estimate. Brian was very nice and extremely competent.

It went excellent using their services. They were here when they said they would be. They cleaned up well when they were done with the work. The plumber was very personable. It was a great experience over all.

The service was beyond compare. The gentleman arrived on time for the estimate and he said that he could not see. With out charging us he used a camera to look down the clean-out spout and tried to see where the break was. He was very honest and said that it was difficult to give a quote without opening the ground up first. Yet, he was able to give us a quote of 2500.00 to 5000.00 He said it depended upon the job, and guaranteed that the job would not cost more than 5000.00. Well, it turned out to be a big job. Yet, he and his lovely wife arrived on time at 9:30 am and was finished with the job by 11:30 am. We only had to wait for the truck with the rocks to come. The couple was very polite and apologetic for the small delay. I forget to mention that the young man did not mind when I asked questions and was willing even to show me what went wrong with the plumbing. He and his wife were more than happy to explain everything that they were doing step by step. Trust me I asked so many questions even a professional would have been annoyed.

They tried really hard to find the leak and I was satisfied with their service. They came out right away.

We called them in an emergency on a Saturday night. They told a few things to try so that we did save a lot of money. When they did come out it was a more simple solution than it might have been. It was much easier to fix. They are very trustworthy and are genuinely trying to help.

We consulted with them over the phone, and they came out to look at it. They were always kind and very prompt, which was nice because we don't live at the house. They did a very good job with their work.

When called, Bedell said their trucks were out, so they would contact one and have it stop by. Neil asked about the problem, was familiar with moth flies and their sources, and looked for the problem. He obviously was knowledgeable about his task. He tracked down the problem and fixed it. This was a time where a pest (the moth flies) proved beneficial by alerting us to a more major problem.

I was doing the wash and I noticed that there appeared to be crystals on my clothes. They came out and explained what was happening. He quoted me a price for a new water softener and they installed it the same day.

Young man arrived at 9:00 am, reviewed water heater to determine where the leak was coming from. He determined leak was on bottom and not repairable. He replaced water heater with a large tank. The price quoted on phone with dispatcher was same price technician charged. Credit was given for Angie's List coupon. Technician was professional & cleaned up all spills & drippings on carpet & tile.

The work went fine. They cleaned up their mess. They had to jack hammer the floor, dig up the pipe, and then recement the floor but they cleaned up very well. They are always good about coming when they say they will be here.

Very, very well. Gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and representative arrived at my home just when I was told he would. Fixed the problem and showed me exactly what he did. The drain coming down from the sink apparently was about 1 1/2 inches too short, which obviously made it easy for it to pop up. He repaired it. Price was a little higher than I expected, but nothing egregious. I definitely will use the company again.

The repair technician was prompt, professional and did excellent work. The price was on-par with other plumbers in the area (a little higher than desired, but what was expected). Other than that, the experience was 100% positive, and I will definitely use their services again!

He took half the time to install that the original company took! He put the right valves and tubing in, and everything was done well. I got a $20 Angie's List discount, and the price was right in line with other companies. I was happy with them; they were very careful and didn't damage anything, like the original company did!

Very well. Gave me a quote after looking at the job which was approximately same as phone quote. For the amount of time involved I was very satisfied with the charge. Plumber was punctual and professional. I would hire them again.

It was a very good experience. In fact, I called them back to do another job. They were on time. They were very professional as well. The price was the same as they estimated it to be.

We live in a very old home and the piping proved to be difficult in trying to unclog our kitchen sink. The worker worked diligently in trying to unclog the drain. He worked on the drain for about 2 hours, then fixed the piping under the sink that was leaking. The worker was very polite and informed us about the progress and price throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

They were just a very good company, overall. The whole company and their employees treated me very excellent. They arrived on time and did their work as said.

The plumber was very professional and did a nice job. He was punctual. HE WAS ALSO PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS.

They were friendly they were prompt, and he was quick. I asked him to help me fix my toilet and he was willing to do that as well and did so free of charge. He cleaned up before he left.

They were very informative, and just recently came out to check it out-had a problem with the heater element, and one had burned out. That cost us an additional $200.00.

He came and diagnosed the problem, and made an appointment to come at a later date. He arrived on time to do the work. He had to remove the toilet to get to the cracked pipe, and he put in a new wax steel ring under the toilet when he was putting the it back.

They did an okay job. They fixed the problem. The customer service was good. They just did a good job at getting the problem fixed and taken care of.
