They came out and didn't fix the problem that we were having. The individual told me that the solution I was doing, which they told me to unplug it and plug it back in on over the phone, was not correct and told me that it was caused by lightning strikes nearby. He also told me that I wasn't using the correct start-up procedure. I had to take another cold shower today and have to hire another company to fix the problem.

Overall, things turned out very well. The kitchen faucet is still not dripping nearly a year later. Additionally, they found that we had a serious plumbing issue when installing the sump pump and were able to fix that for us. They were professional in all regards and I am very pleased with the work.

He is very prompt and always sends out people that know what they are doing. Most recently I called him at 8, and he was here by 10! He is almost always able to come out the same day I call.

I called 3 "A-list" companies on Angie's List and asked for a quote to replace a leaking water spigot outside. Bedell's price was on the low end of the 3 estimates and they were able to come out the same day. The plumber arrived on time that afternoon and was very professional. He used shoe covers to protect our carpet and quickly reviewed the area requiring repair. He confirmed the $250 estimate and got right to work. He completed the job within 45 minutes. As part of the job he tested our water pressure which ended up being too high (apparently that can damage your water heater). He recommended we get a pressure regulator to reduce it to the desired level (it is a $450 job). We chose not to have the regulator installed at this time, but will definitely use Bedell for all future plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived early and was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job and hauled the old one away. The toilet we chose was a higher end handicapped height model so we felt the price was fair. We thought the work was well done and worth the price. We have used Bedell in the past with good results and will use them again in the future.

They were able to come out the same day just 1-2 hours after I called! They were nice, efficient and explained everything very well. They made sure I was okay with the price before they did anything, so I wasn't surprised by the bill. The whole experience was so quick and easy! I had some questions about our water softener as well and he answered those, looked at our drinking water system and even consulted with somone else on the phone to make sure what he was telling me was accurate. He did not charge for this. Would definitely use them again.

The plumber (Mike) was great, He came at exactly the appointed time. \He covered his shoes and evaluated the situation quickly and effected te repairs efficiently. He cleaned up the work site meticulously.Start to finish, he was on site 35 minutes. The charge was $225. I had not asked for an estimate ahead of time so that is not an issue. However, the Bedell listing on the Angie's list website says ther is no charge for travel time. If the materials cost $25, then the labor charge was $400 per hour. For a 2000 hour work year this is an income of $800,000 per year per plumber. I doubt Mike gets much of this so it seems. rather a high charge.

Was booked for the day but was able to get plumber at my condo in 10 minutes as he was just around corner finishing up a project. Professional, friendly and effective.

Their pricing was reasonable and the work turned out well. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I would use them again if needed.

They were on time and very courteous and professional. I actually had the work completed within 4 hours of my initial call. I would definately use them again!

It went very well. There were a few hitches here and there, but everything ended up going very well. Everything was done on time.

I found 4 of our 8 outside drains clogged. (The 4 drains that weren't clogged were installed by Bedell Plumbing and the other 4 that were clogged were installed by another reputable company.) With more storms on the way, I called Bedell Plumbing and explained our situation. They were out within an hour. They used a snake, flushed the lines, and then they got down on their hands and knees to scoop out what little debris was left in the drain pans. We have used Bedell Plumbing to remodel our bathroom, install a tankless water heater, install drains in our yard, and much more. We love them so much and can't recommend a better company. In fact, I haven't used them in years and I still keep their number on my cell phone because I have never had a bad experience with this company.

They appeared to know what they were doing and replaced both faucets which now do not leak. While they did wear booties when they came into the house they still got dirt on a throw rug that needed to be washed after they were done.

They came out and checked things out one day and then were out to replace the line the next. They bored under the driveway and concrete pad in the garage. They had to bore a hole in the garage floor but repaired it nicely when finished. They were efficient and professional and managed to keep the damage to the yard to a minimum.

I called and they came out the same. Tney were polite and promopt. The did a great job.

Very well. In April, Bedell repaired corroded pipes leaking through our family room ceiling. We were unsure how extensive the pipe damage was, so they replaced what was clearly bad and encouraged us to "wait and see" before doing more than necessary. After a month - no problems. (Other plumbers had advised we tear out the entire ceiling and replace everything!). In May, they installed a water heater (with expansion tank); water softener; and water pressure regulator. We're very happy with the work and they were wonderful to work with.

They did a very good job, very proficient, and they came out the same day to fix the problem. Craig was very kind about doing the job. He had to craw in the raw sewage and was very kind about it. I feel I was charged very fairly.

They did a great job. They were professional, and the price was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hands down Bedell had the best price. Their estimate beat the lowest competitor's estimate by over $500! One plumber estimated the job would take an entire day. Another told us that to add a line to the fireplace that we would have to tear up the fireplace front by removing the ceramic facade. Bedell's plumber arrived on time and had the job done in less than six hours. Our new gas stove was installed Monday and I am so happy to have gas again! We are looking forward to installing a gas log in the fall. Bedell has helped us increase the value of our home for a reasonable price and a job well-done.

On Easter Sunday, we called Bedell Plumbing and were surprised someone answered. They came out the following morning for an estimate and began and completed work on Tuesday. They were courteous, knowledgeable and quick! Upon completion of the job, they cleaned up the garage and driveway. They were also nice to my 4-year-old whose curiosity of the project knew no bounds! I would definately recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The problem was fixed quickly and we were given an estimate on replacing the old system in the future.

They were punctual and completed the work in a short amount of time. It was suggested that we get a new shower head, which we did. During the next couple of days I noticed a leak at the sight of the repair. I called Bedell Plumbing. They came out the next day, adjusted the new shower head and re-repaired the original leak at no additional charge. They cleaned up their mess. I would probably use them again.

Needed some plumbing pipes inspected and a septic system tested for the sale of a house. Bedell came out promptly and completed the work in a timely manner. They also provided a letter for the buyer stating their findings. Great company. I will use them again.

He gave me the estimate over the phone, said he could fix it, and charged me even though they ended up not being able to fix it. They did send out a repair man the second day to fix the bathroom faucet. However, this was all on a free estimate and I ended up spending about $105. After fixing the drip that they caused, they asked me to spend even more money.
