Mike was on time for the appointment. He was obviously very knowledgeable about his craft and didn't seem to mind me asking questions during the process. He also answered questions about a future project. He was able to remove the old water heater and install the new one in an hour and a half. He also installed a tray under the water heater and a drain to the crawlspace. I will definitely use this company again.

I called around 9:00 this morning and a plumber arrived just a few hours later. He was polite and professional. He re-seated the toilet and left. He was very thorough and checked for leaks around the base. Due to the original leak, I had cut a hole in the ceiling of my garage to make the flange visible. After the plumber left, I went to check and noticed the leak was still occuring (I should have checked before he left). I called and they quickly sent another plumber out. He determined the original flange installed by the builder was not done correctly. They replaced the flange, re-seated the toilet and everything is working great.

First visit to look at the problem. Initial assessment was for a leaking drainage issue from underneath the bath. Quoted for cutting a hole in the garage ceiling and then repairing leak from underneath. On the second visit investigated more thoroughly and found that it was a leaking o ring in the water supply spout coming in to the bath which allowed water back in to the wall. This was replaced as well as the drain in the base of the bath so that all the colors matched. Overall the worked up less than quoted because no drywall work was needed.

Jay was very nice and professional over the phone, asked a few questions to try and isolate what the problem might be. He thought it might be the garbage disposal (I hadn't thought of that). He was available the following afternoon, so I scheduled the service call. That evening, I arrived home from work to find that my fiance had fixed the problem, to my relief! I called Jay back this morning and let him know I no longer need him to come out, but will be sure and call him if we have any more plumbing issues! I especially appreciate how accessible he is; he answered the phone both times that I called.

The price was excellent and the service was good. I had a new guy but he did a good job.

We called for service at 9am. The employee taking calls was very friendly and estimated service time the same day at 1pm. We received a follow-up call at 12:30pm, and the plumber arrived 10 minutes early. He even put on booties to keep his shoes clean in the house! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He custom-built pipes needed to fix our new bathroom sink and even offered to let us watch and learn as we're doing a DIY project. He provided guidance on our second bathroom as we'll soon be working on that sink. I'd recommend this company. Very reasonable price, very prompt response, and overall we're very satisfied. Mention you saw them on Angie's list, and you'll get a discount.

I called for assistance as soon as I discovered that my 6 gallon water heater wasleaking. They obtained, and installed a new heater and cleaned up afterward.

Very good quality of work. I was just going to have water heater replaced but they offered discount for doing water softener at same time. I used them once before and was pleased with results. Plumbers always have good knowledge of products they use/service. Would definitely use them again.

Two plumbers, Patrick and Jay Jr., arrived on time (even a few mintues early). Patrick showed me the replacement sillcock and then went to work getting it installed. This was done via crawlspace access. After installation, he had me test the finished product. Estimates were then provided for the gas line ($550.00) and electric water heater ($675.00). The actual cost of the sillcock was $250.00 but I used the $20.00 Angie's List coupon.

After an unpleasant overflow of gray water from our injector pit, I called Bedell plumbing. The phone was answered promptly and I talked to the owner Jay explained my situation and asked if they could take care of the problem. He diagnosed the failing pump/switch over the phone and checked his inventory. The replacement unit was in stock so we set an appointment for the following morning. The technician Doug showed up promptly at 8:00 am and had the job finished well before 9:30. It was not a very glamorous job (pretty gross and dirty) but Doug was efficient, polite, neat, and very positive throughout the entire process. I am a very satisfied customer and will use Bedell again should the need arise.

They are completed and working fine. The price was good. We furnished the sinks, they got the faucets and did the labor. They were excellent, Doug was very thorough and finished everything up in about 3 hours.

I chose Bedell because of the A rating and the ecology rating. I had excellent service from beginning to end. I spoke with Jay who understood what I was describing and gave me an estimate over the phone. He had a serviceman finishing up nearby who came here within 90 minutes. I paid exactly what I was quoted. Doug, the technician was considerate of my home and wore "footies" and brought in protective tarps etc. After opening the access panel, Doug found another problem which he fixed at no charge. The original pipe was not attached to anything solid thereby putting torque on the inside copper pipe. On his own, he added a block of wood and secured the new pipe to prevent future problems. I appreciated that very much. The access door was merely a square hole in the wall behind the dryer which had been caulked shut. Doug offered to put it back in as it was or he suggested a simple fix of moulding and screws for easier access. I have already done as he suggested and it works great. As we have new siding, I was afraid of the possibility of damage during the installation but there was none. Doug caulked everything well to prevent air leakage or insect access. I would definitely use this company again. Spot-on from start to finish !

I called Bedell who were able to give me an estimate over the phone and promised to try to fit me in that same day. The plumber fixed replaced the spigot with a better copper version. He cleaned up the area and even answered some additional questions I had. The final cost matched what was quoted to me over the phone. I was very happy.

They were really nice to work with. He did all of the work in the same day and I was very pleased with the work.

They were very efficient. They gave me an estimate over the phone. They came when they said they would. He not only did the work, but gave me suggestions for other services. He gave me an estimate for autumn service.

They did a fine a job. I would call them for future work. They were prompt and did exactly what we asked of them and did it well.

I called several plumbers but Jay not only was able to send someone when I needed as he also game an estimated of how much the service would cost. And that was what I paid. Brian also gave me good advices. I felt they were honest and i would use them again if I need.

We had a leak in a pipe that was in the basement, which caused a small part of the basement to come down from the dampness. I called this company (I got their phone number from Angie?s List but I?ve used them several times before) this morning and the job is already all done. The owner of the company makes the appointments and does it in a polite, thoughtful manner. I've had four different plumbers come out from this company and they've all been fine. It's a very efficient company, and I am very satisfied with their services.

The man was on time, curteous, efficient, covered his shoes when coming into the house and we were very pleased with his work. The price seemed a little high, but was actually slightly less than the estimate.

Were on site within 90 minutes of call. Put down tarp. Neat. Clean. Left site as it was. Friendly. Removed roots and made recommendations on long-term resolution. Called within a day to make appt for estimate on recommendations. Will use again.

Prompt, courteous and seemed to know what they were doing and did quality work. Had to cut into a wall to do the repairs, but placed a nice-looking access panel over the hole. Now the area is accessible if there are plumbing problems again. Also cleaned up the mess afterwards. Also went out to the truck to avoid doing the majority of welding in the house.

The other company we had out said they would have to replace the whole line, but instead Bedell was able to just replace the valve. They saved us about $1500.00 and they were so honest about the problem. When the water company came out to inspect it they said the work was done very well. I would highly recommend them and am incredibly happy with the service they did. They came out right away and were very prompt. They were nice, professional, and did a great job. They were everything you could ask for.

My kitchen sink wasn't draining & my garbage disposal wouldn't work. Bedell Plumbing came out the same day to take a look. He informed me that there was nothing wrong with my sink and drains, but my disposal was dead. He then discussed my options in a replacement and helped me chose one. He installed it quickly and in under an hour I had a sink that worked and a disposal that no longer shook my entire counter. Mike was professional, knowledge, and courteous. Hopefully I won't need Bedell Plumbing again anytime soon, but I will use them in the future if the need arises.
