Our toilet leaked while on vacation, and Bedell Plumbing came out within 2 days of our call. He told us that he would have to do a minor rebuild of the toilet to fix it, or for just a little more just get a new toilet, which we chose to do. He was very professional, and quickly fixed the leak!

I spoke to Jay Bedell the owner about the problem and he sent someone out the next day. He gave me a quote for $350 to $400 dollars because it was difficult to get in there and fix it. He cut the suction pipe out to see where the leak was. He glued everything up together, then he used the rubber fitting and he was able to fix it easily. He charged me lesser than the quote he gave me. I was very pleased that he changed the cost when he found out there wasn't much work than he thought it was going to be. We haven't had any leaking problem since then. I will definitely call him next time I need some plumbing work done. It's a family owned business and the owner was very good. I think he did a good job and I'm very pleased with his company.

I'd rate them very high in all categories; they were just super. They were there on time and were not overly expensive. It was the best job I've ever had done.

It was an excellent experience. Bedell was able to quickly fit me into their schedule, and was in constant contact to ensure I knew what the status on the job was. They showed up when they said that they would arrive and were able to complete the job quickly (for a job of that scope). They reran the water main coming into the house so that it would provide hard water to all outside outlets while reconfiguring our internal plumbing to support the water softener. The work was done quickly and well and I'm satisfied with the service received from them.

They were prompt and very reasonably priced. We had the backup sump pump done by somebody else, and it was nearly twice as expensive. I will be using Bedell Plumbing Inc. again.

Excellent experience! I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Jay and let him know that I was pretty sure that our garbage disposal needed to be replaced. He quoted me over the phone on 2 different models and said that he could have someone there that afternoon. I left work to head home for the appointment and noticed that Jay had called to see if anyone was home because he had a plumber in the area that could get there earlier than our scheduled time. Unfortunately I didn't get this message, but I appreciate their willingness to move the appointment up! The plumber, Patrick, was already at my house when I arrived home and went straight to work unclogging the drain and installing the garbage disposal. He was finished within 45 minutes and even wiped out the sink from where the water had backed up. I hope not to have anymore plumbing issues anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Bedell,

Overall went well. However initial instillation of toilet leaked and they had to come back to fix this. Patrick was the plumber. He was very polite and cleaned up well . When I noticed leak, I called and they were very response about coming back and fixing the problem. We will use them again in the future.

Our basement flooded because the sump pump died. We called Bedell Plumbing at 7:10 a.m. and had someone at our house in about half an hour. Our water softener was also broken so they gave us a quote on what it would cost to replace it -- and we had them do that as well. They were very professional and thorough and willing to come immediately!

The water was coming out real forcefully around the faucet as there was too much of water pressure. Most people have too little, but I had too much. Sometimes you have higher water pressure than people living farther away. The force at which it used to come out, it was damaging the faucets in the house. I was afraid that he was going to have to replace the outside faucets, but he didn’t. He just repaired the two inside. His quality was good. He was responsive, punctual and professional. I would use him again in the future.

They were fantastic. It happened the day of the ice storm because of which our sewer line had collapsed. They had someone out here that day, and they had to do the job when we were covered under about 3 inches of ice. They came out and dug a pit hole for us, so we could still use water in the house until it warmed up above zero so that they could come out and do the work. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Things did not go as planned, but they still honored their original price quote. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They came out a few days later and made the repair and everything has been great since then. They completed the work in a timely manner.

They did a great job. They had to take out our faucets; they subbed out the tile work and fan work. They only replaced what was necessary.

They had to come back and fix something but they were very prompt and responsive when they had to come back to fix it.

As far as I know the work went very well. I did not have much choice concerning what they charged me, because they were in the process of doing work when they discovered they had to replace the entire sewer line. I more or less had to live with the price they gave me. They seemed to be very proffesional.

Both jobs were finished within the hour after arrival, and the tech Travis was very polite. He also cleaned up where he was working and checked the basement one more time after loading his truck. The price was reasonable, and I would recommend the Bedell Plumbing Co. anytime to my neighbors, co-workers and friends.

They were on time, professional, and tidy. Extremely efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. There was no messing around with them. Their estimates were accurate and fair. We could not have been more impressed and we will recommend them every chance we get. At last, a plumber who knows what he's doing and GETS IT DONE RIGHT!!! You can't imagine what a miracle this is!

Were here on time and ready to work, worked the entire time, no time wasted....good communication....if there was any questions, Jay answered them in a timely manner!! We like these guys a lot.....and will use again!

I found them through Angie's List. I had a plumber that had put in the water heater and it had started leaking. It was only two years old and they actually followed through on the warranty for me. A plumber that had done some side jobs had no idea what to do as far as warranty, but Bedell took care of the warranty and replaced the water heater for me. They came out and took care of a lot of stuff. They really worked with my schedule better than I'd thought most other companies do. I would use them again in the future.

We had gone out and we came home and saw that the sink was leaking from down and the water had spilled on the wood floor and damaged it. We came to know about Bedell Plumbing Inc. through Angie's list. Bedell Plumbing Inc. are located in Carmel and they are closer to our place, so we had them come out. They were here on time. They fixed the leaking sink and now everything is okay. I would consider using their service in the future too.

They were able to successfully complete the work. They are excellent and very responsive. They have also honored the warranty for the parts.

Called Jay Bedell and requested a quote for a specific American Standard toilet. He replied very promptly, ordered the toilet, and it arrived sooner than expected. He worked with our time schedule and installed it at a convenient time.

The plumber arrived on time, protected our floors, removed our old water heater and installed a new one. He also explained that our water pressure was extremely high and we decided to have a water pressure device installed. The plumber walked me through all services provided and showed me how he improved/corrected a couple of things. I would definitely recommend this company!
