He was very kind. I was very happy with them.

Had custom countertops made by Rabb and Howe. They contracted Bedell plumbing to install the sink. I couldn't be happier. Pat arrived during the time frame that was stated. He took one look and said it should take about and hour. He did the work, was friendly and it took him a little more than an hour to complete the job. I would highly recommen Bedell to anyone in need of plumbing work.

He was very nice, informative, suggesting maintenance for my water heater, he was very personable, used booties in my home, and just all around great guy explained everything while he was here, helpful and well mannered

I called Bedell Plumbing Friday morning. Even though this was not an emergency, Bill had someone at my door within about half and hour. Jay "Jr." was courteous and professional and completed the work in a fine manner. No mess, no issues.

Work went fine but the plumber left us with a significant amount of clear silicone cleanup. If you've ever had to try to remove that from anywhere, you know how difficult it is. Overall, the job was done well. i just wish Pat had been a little more careful in applying his bead of caulk, and a little more careful in cleaning it up once the sink was set.

Had an inspection due for pending sale of piece of property and bath tub drain would not drain. I called Angie's List and told them location of property and who might be good. Was given 3 names. Bedell was great! They were there within the hour of calling and got the job done with a professional plumber. Easy to work with, explained what he would be doing,the cost, etc. - even cleaned out the tub when finished! Never had that happen before. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

I had an issue with a Culligan Water Softner that had stop working. Since I have a home warranty service that covers the softner I opened a claim and was provide with Bedell Plumbing as the company to contact. They were very polite and I was able to get on their schedule quickly. FYI, for the warranty there is a $100 deductible that is required. Repair cost, that are covered under the warrant, are paid to the plumber by the warranty company so I was only expecting to pay $100. The person arrived when stated and spent about 15minutes investigating the issue which included checking the water fill line in the brine tank and poking the salt in the tank to make sure it was not forming a salt bridge. He also, test the water for softness, which I knew would turn up as hard. The plumber's diagnosis was that solar salt was dirty with sediment and was possibly clogging the tank. He quoted me a price of $50 to empty and clean the brine tank. I had checked the owners manual and I was aware that it is ok to use Solar salt so I know that the probably cause was incorrect, so I declined to have the tank cleaned out. As a follow-up, I contact Culligan and their repairman replaced a few bad parts on the main unit which fixed the problem. I also asked him about the solar salt and he confirmed the brand and type I had bought would work just fine and in fact he said works better than the pellets. My main issue is that the probably cause was incorrect and seems like pure speculation which made me doubt their expertise. I would have preferred being told they had no clue and that I'd be better off contact Culligan.

Punctual. Professional. A young guy named Patrick?...he was awesome. He went above and beyond what I expected. Number 1.... I live north in the country and it is not easy to get contractors to come out. Number 2.... I am a single female and it was nice to get a REAL plumber who was not afraid of getting dirty. Number 3.... I was impressed that he offered/bothered to clean up in the crawl. I would call for Patrick again in a heartbeat. He was worth every penny.

On the day of service, since it could not be completed due to lack of equipment, we were assured that the plumber would be at our home on the third day with the possibility of maybe the second day. Day Two: Company left a message on our cell phone. We returned the call and left a message on their answering machine, but we never received a return call from the company. Day three: WE called to ask where we were on the schdule for the day. Response was, "I will try to get there today." At 3:00 PM we received a call. He stated, "We will not be able to get there today."He asked to reschedule for next week.I was told they had tried to reach us all day the day before. I had only received one phone call which I returned within the hour and left a message. At this point we told the company to cancel our service call. The person that called began to argue and blame us. Their unresponsiveness, lack of caring, and disregard for fixing our problem in a timely manner was unbelievable. After three days without a sink and use of the dishwasher, we found this to be a totally unacceptable solution from this company. Not only did our plumbing problem not get fixed, but we would have been without the use of our sink & dishwasher for a total of SIX days before being fixed by this company. We again went to Angie's List and selected another plumbing company who arrived in an hour and fixed our problem in 45 minutes. The price for fixing our problem was $130 compared to the original company's price of $450. Also, the price for replacing the sump pump, pit & gravel was $1,000 from Company #2 and $1,850 from the original company.

I am bitterly dissappointed and want my money back because they did fix the problem.

It went well. They were very personable and professional. They worked non-stop from 8:30am to 6pm. They got the job done. It was a great experience.

Bedell Plumbing was prompt, efficient, and professional. I called this morning and they told me they could have a plumber here later this morning - and they were! When I called, I told them a toilet was leaking upstairs and that we thought it was the wax seal that had cracked, but we weren't sure. The person I spoke with was able to give me an idea of the cost for fixing what I described, but said it could be more depending on what the plumber would find. The plumber arrived later this morning, just as they said he would and was able to fix the problem. He replaced the wax seal on the toilet, which had cracked. He used two wax seals because he saw that the height of the floor surface was slightly higher than what could be sealed with just one wax seal. He was courteous and knowledgeable and cleaned up the area when he was done. The bill for the service was on the low end of the estimate the office person had mentioned. I was extremely pleased with Bedell Plumbing's service and staff and will certainly call them again with any plumbing issue. Thank you, thank you!

I called Bedell Plumbing on Friday morning to estimate the cost of and/or repair an upstairs bath tub that had leaked causing minor water damage to the first floor ceiling. The individual who answered the phone said they could have someone at our home within an hour which surprised me. The plumber did arrive within the hour, asked to see the problem. He allowed me to explain the damage to the ceiling and my suspicion as to the cause. He tested the tub faucet and spout. He indicated it appeared to be a corroded spout allowing water to roll back along the spount, behind the tub and down the wall to the ceiling below. He offered to use a spout I had purchased or one the company could provide. I opted to use one the plumbing company provided which increased my bill accordingly. He installed the new spout, caulked around it and caulked around the bath tub faucet handle as well. It took him close to an hour to complete. I was pleased with his professional approach, his willingness to listen to my take on the probelm, his timeliness, the reasonable price and most of all the result. We have used the shower several time in the weekend that followed with no additional leakage observed.

Excellent job. On time, professional and cleaned up. Price was better than other estimates.

They did arrive on time and things were going fine. The person that came out was nice, but started going south when he started trying to clean the pipe. He was having trouble getting through my pipes and didn't seem to really know a whole lot about the task at hand. He was poking around for about 15 minutes or so, then said I had a collapsed pipe. He said he would then have to give an estimate to dig up the yard and replace the whole pipe. I decided to get a second opinion and call a different company to come look at the pipes. I decided to not go through with the excavation. The other company had no issues with cleaning out the pipes, unlike Bedell. UPDATED RESPONSE 4/5/13: The other company did come out and ran a camera through the line. I was dissatisfied because Bedell would not compromise in refunding the charge on top of the service charge which I was willing to pay for their time. There was not a collapsed line like Bedell said. There were roots growing through the joints of the tile. The other company cleaned out the drain and cleared out the roots. I tried to compromise with Bedell but they were not willing to give back any money towards the job they did not complete. Based on this I still feel like they deserve a F rating.

Bedell did a very nice job and came out quickly to make the repairs.

He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He looked at what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He performed the work very well and in a reasonable amount of time. After finishing, he cleaned up the area. He was professional and courteous. I was very happy with the completed repairs.

Dispatched serviceman to our house within 1 hour. The leak was identified and nonfunctioning sump pump replaced. Kept us informed throughout.

I would recomment this company to anyone...fair pricing, and quality, prompt service.

The initial visit and attempted fix only made the problem worse which the plumber warned me might happen because of the galvanized pipe. I had to schedule another visit to take out a problem section of pipe. The results fixed the problem completely.

Great job, would use them again!
