The home had started to smell of whatever was coming up the drain. Water backed up each time we ran the washer or did dishes or used the outside hose. We were in a time crunch as we were going on vacation. Jay worked with us and stayed in touch fitting us in. We called on Saturday and he was able to get us in on Monday. The price we felt was very fair. Alan came to do the work and was professional, courteous, answered all of our questions, and thoroughly checked out the problem. He discovered we had roots growing into our pipes and blocking them. He snaked and cleaned them out. We would definitely use this company again.

Plumber on time and polite. Plumbing is always expensive so don't know if it was cheap or not !

They did a bathroom and also came and did some repair work. I also had them put in a new hot water heater.

Price a little steep for 20 minutes to install one water faucet, but installer was on time, efficient, and did a good job.

Jay, owner, suggested that I try tightening the nut and I did it and the leak was fixed. He also told me that it is routine maintenance. I saved me a lot of money and appreciate him giving me this information.

They were very dependable and showed up when they said they would.

The estimate was done within 2 business days of my initial call. The estimate was for $210. The work was done within a week.

Bedell answered my call right away, and we set up a time to have them look at the plumbing in my home for the following week. They told me over the phone that it could run anywhere from $250 to $750 depending on my situation. The guy (maybe the owner?) came out to take a look and was right on time, personable, and knowledgeable. After asking me some questions and assessing the situation, he told me the service would cost $350. I booked an appointment for later in the week. A different guy showed to install. He was also very clean and polite and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use Bedell in the future for any plumbing needs. I feel their prices were fair, and the workmanship was excellent.

I called Bedell Plumbing to see if they would replace an old utility sink. Mr. Bedell told me the best way to disassemble the old sink and gave me suggestions on how to complete the job on my own. He very easily could have quoted me a price and did the job but his primary concern was to find a way for me to save money! While I didn't need him for this job, I will call in the future.

Larry did the work and was very impressive. He was prompt, efficient, courteous, trustworthy and did excellent work on some difficult projects that required creative solutions. The costs were very good for the amount of work performed. Highly recommended!!

They are very efficient, but super expensive. They came out right on time, and gave me a specific time they would come out.

We selected Bedell Plumbing in part due to favorable Angie's List rating, but also due to their offer of free estimate (practice of some companies to require we pay a fee if we find their estimate too high or otherwise unsatisfactory seems very customer unfriendly). Larry was very pleasant, professional, efficient, & neat. I recapped the situation for him & he quickly determined that the stoppage was due to a defective valve which would have to be cut out & replaced. He quickly cut out a length of pipe including the valve, showed me the defective valve, & soldered in a new length of pipe & a new valve. He demonstrated for me that everything was working properly, cleaned up his work area, & left.

Was on time, worked fairly quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. Price seemed reasonable. Would use this company again.

Used 3 different bits but still no luck. Showed up on time & worked at it for 2 hours. Still had to pay the full price even though they couldn't open the drain. They had me run water down the drain during the snaking & it came back up the cleanout & went onto the basement floor. One fellow just sat there with his feet in it while I used a shop vac to work around him to clean it up; the other fellow said, "I don't understand where that water is coming from"- Seems to me if you run water down a clogged pipe it is going to come back up. Also sprayed 2 walls adjacent to clean out with sludge from snake but it wiped up. Not the most careful plumbers I've ever had but they tried their best to unclog the drain.

They could not get to us that day, but they told us to shut the water off. He came out first thing Monday morning. It took him a very short time to do the work, he was in and out. He is wonderful and helps us whenever we need him. We have used him for about 5 years.

He was courteous, efficient and fair in pricing.

They cut two holes in the ceiling to get access. They didn't fix the problem, I still have a leak. They also didn't repair the holes.

The estimate was very overpriced and I was disappointed that they would only want to tile over the vinyl floor instead of removing it (the floor is on a slab and would be best to remove the vinyl).

They were just great! They cleaned up well, and they are just available for great work whenever we need them.

Larry, the plumber, was very professional. He explained a code change in the plumbing code and changed out the gas supply line, adding a new valve. He did not hard weld in the supply pipes, making it easier to change out the heater next time (hopefully not for another 10-15 years).

Bedell Plumbing has always been polite and careful with their work and their response to a call. They call ahead of time and will let you know if they have been unavoidably detained. An excellent company - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks

They were wonderful. They took extra care to make sure everything was done properly and cleaned up afterwards. I will be using them again for a water softener, because no one else would put a softener in my basement. They said it would be no problem!

The technician arrived on schedule. He explained that he could not replace the valves but could only repair them (as the the water lines they hooked into were part of the sink). The only other option was to replace the sink. He was able to track down the parts by quickly visiting a supply store. He worked carefully and effectively. The final bill was less than I had anticipated given my experience with previous plumbers who were not as knowledgeable and who took more time and thus more cost on my part.

They were very responsive. He knew exactly what to look for. He took out the old part and showed it to me. He told me that he didnt think the old part would work even if he cleaned it. I think the price was reasonable. I was so happy that they were able to be so responsive.

They did a great job at a competitive price. Although I think the pricing is high, it is reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. I knew the pricing before they came to do the job because they have standard pricing per job and don't work per hour. The plumber was timely and professional.
