He was very good about returning phone calls and his work was good.

They did a good job on the drain, but when they cleaned up they left a mark on the carpet. He did try to clean it up but it did not come up.

Jay came out to look at my toilet which his company installed 3-4 years ago. I called them to come out and fix it since they installed the toilet. He said that he can't prove that the leak was because of his company's installation. He did not offer to fix the slow leak. We've been giving him business for 4 or 5 years, and he has lost us as a customer.

They did a good job. They were very professional and they came when they said that they would. As far as I know their prices were reasonable. I would recommend them.

Alan was extremely helpful and courteous, and explained what was causing the problem and how best to fix it. As we live in a 76-year-old house, he also discussed long-term solutions for our aging pipes and answered questions we had about ideas for future remodeling. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work that was done, and we now have a working shower again. We will definitely use Bedell Plumbing again.

I highly recommend Bedell Plumbing. Their technician Alan was both courteous and very professional, and he was very neat.

Timing commitments met for both estimate & installation appointments. Both company associates encountered were competent & professional. Only question that came up was that original estimate was for about 2 hours of work for $210- work took 1.5 hours. I think I would have been charged the higher rate, if I hadn't asked about it.

On time, good work, good personalities, good workers, no messing around and very business like. Overall experience was very good. Had one small problem, but was fixed within four hours of my call. Problem to small to mention.

Arrived early, very professional, addressed all my concerns and called when necessary for more information from supervisor.

Price was competitive, especially since the guy had to search for the sewer clean-out (it was hidden under the landscaping rock in the front flower bed). However, he was late showing up, left the landscaping in a horrible state, and did not clean up the areas where he had left water standing on the floor. Since this was a rental unit, I was pretty pleased that I wasn't gouged on the price, but I am not sure that I will ever use them again because of the work that I now have to do to clean up the mess he left.

I've used them before and they are very punctual. They do an excellent job and a good company to work with.

Alan was on time, very polite and kept me informed of how the projects were progressing. Problems were fixed as needed. They went above and beyond (calling in an extra crew) to remove our very heavy, commercial grade water heater from our basement.

Have had many experiences with Bedell's plumbing and each one has been positive. The plumber (I believe is name is Alan) was on time, courteous and conscientious of wearing booties to keep our new carpets clean. He allowed me to observe what he was doing and explained to me the process he was going through to install the water softener.

Jay called to let me know the Alan, the plumber would be about 15 minutes late, which I really appreciated. They did the repair without any problems. After they left I could not even tell they had been there. I would definitely hire Bedell for any future plumbing needs.

These guys are great. They really work with the customer and are very professional. I will use them again for additional work.

I thought I had a water leak in the crawl-space and Bedell came out and said it was the cooling system sweating and that I needed to shut off my vents to keep the cool air in the crawlspace. They suggested I put a cooling register in the crawlspace area to keep it cool and reduce the moisture. They didn't even charge me for coming out. They were congenial and friendly. They took their time talking to me and checked out the other plumbing in the house to make sure there weren't other issues.

Both Jay and Christina were very nice and professional. Their crew was on time, easy to talk to and very cooperative. Christina especially made several trips to our house because of the DPW incredible incompetents. City fees of +$3000 were included in the bill and paid up front by the company. Not one red cent was paid until job was completed and I was satisfied. This was the lowest estimate of the three I received.

I asked them why they didnt explain why I had a pile of excess dirt, and if there was a guarantee, what that was, and why the sewer line does not go all the way out to the street. They never did respond. I accept responsibility for not getting the details on the warranty before the work was started, but I would have appreciated a response from them.

On the first visit, Alan spent lots of time going through catalogs with me to choose the appropriate fixtures. For the installation, he was prompt, neat, professional, and willing to answer my questions. I was very satisfied with the work.

They were on time, actually early when they came to repair the pipe. They were very polite and professional. I felt their pricing was very reasonable for both the jobs done. The above price listed is for both jobs combined. I do intend to use their service for future needs.

When I called at 5:45 they told me that no one would be coming out because they were out on emergency. No one ever called to tell me this.

Bedell had a full schedule the day I called, but he rearranged some things and was at my home within an hour of calling. The piping was under the deck and Jay removed the boards to get access and confirmed the broken PVC pipe. He had parts on his truck, so he immediately fixed the piping with a flexible elbow so it wouldn't break again and replaced all the boards on the side of my deck. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. For an immediate response, his price was excellent especially since Bedell does not charge for travel fees. I was very pleased with their work, it is very difficult to find a really good plumber and Bedell was the best!

They came the day after I called, and gave a 'warning' call before they arrived. The work was done well, and they left the basement clean.

The plumber was there promptly, was very polite. The work was more difficult than first thought due to age of old pipes but he was able to fix the problem within a reasonable time. I appreciate Larrys work and that he left an estimate of the cost of putting in new pipes in the future. I would indeed call this company again for any plumbing problems.
