Larry arrived about an hour before the scheduled time (which was no problem) and completed the replacement very efficiently. The response after my initial call was prompt and the price was exactly what was quoted.

When I called to inquire about the job, Jay was very receptive to having Bedell install the countertops and faucets that I had already purchased. The technician was on time, efficient, and the finished job looked great. Another company (on Angie's List) quoted me a price for installing one faucet alone that was almost the same price as Bedell charged for the whole job!

This is the second time, I've worked with Bedell Plumbing and they have been nothing but professional both times. I recommend them to anyone. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Gave us an estimate for pipe replacement and connection to city sewer for $2700.

He only fixed part of it, and now you have to jiggle the handle for the ball to fall. I wasnt very satisfied.

Andy showed up on time near the end of the day to find and fix a gas leak in our crawl space. He found it, but didn't have the materials needed to fix it. He called back to the office and another plumber named Larry was close by and was able to pick up the necessary parts and come to work on the leak. Andy had estimated that it would take one hour to fix and had informed Larry of exactly where the leak was. Due to having old piping, new leaks kept coming up during the repair. Larry recommended changing all of the old piping. Since it was after 8:00 PM, the work would be done the next day. With an original estimate of 3-6 hours, the work was completed in 4 hours. Having read many reports on Angie's List about gas leak repairs I was not surprised to get the recommendation to change all of the piping especially since someone else had previously fixed six leaks for us (the original plumber that fixed 6 leaks had a full schedule and could not come out the day we needed help this time).

They had a truck to our house before noon. The plumber was knowledgeable and courteous. We liked their service, and had them back during normal business hours to clear out a slow drain in a bathtub.

Scheduled safety water pressure test/inspection for day after request made. Scheduler explained process and quoted price over the phone if high water pressure control needed. Technician arrived on time. Water pressure was determined to be high and after a previous water softener failure, possibly due to the high water pressure, the controls were installed at the previously quoted phone price. That price was less expensive than that quoted by another vendor. Technician was very accommodating in working around our "yearly maintenance heating technician" in the same space even though at times it required him to wait to get the job done. This allowed me to get multiple repair issues taken care of at the same time with only one time needed to stay home from work.

They were fast and efficient. I picked them because the were on Angies List and had the Super Service logo.

Dave arrived on time every day, used drop cloths throughout house in traffic areas. Minimized dust with exhaust fans. Kept informed as to progress. Very professional and considerate. Completed on time and within cost estimate.

They arrived on time. They were prompt and professional. I have not had any problems yet with the water heater.

It took a couple attempts to fix my leaky toilet, but Jay and Larry stuck with me and made it right without charging me for the additional trips. Thank you Jay and Larry for making it right!! I will call on them in the future!!

They replaced all the plumbing and took care of the problem. They did a nice job. Excellent service all around. They are prompt and they do what they say they will do.

I think this company does very good work. I am always impressed with their quick diagnosis and competent work. The plumber was on time and very polite. I thought the price was a bit high for work that took just over an hour.

Arrived in timely manner and moved quickly to use the snake to unclog the line. Problem turned out to be more difficult than expected (for both of us), but John stayed with the challenge and eventually got the drain running normally. Price was very reasonable for the amount of time it took for the job.

They did a good job on the drain, but when they cleaned up they left a mark on the carpet. He did try to clean it up but it did not come up.
