Byron met me at the door when I first came to visit the showroom. He was friendly and helpful, listened to me explain my situation (fixing up the house in preparation to sell), and then showed me good options. He patiently explained different types, prices, and levels of quality. Selection, and specification was super-easy, and scheduling was trouble-free. I was on the phone a few times with Byron, Greg, and Russ, who were consistently friendly, patient, courteous, and professional. The removal and installation teams were punctual, quick, proficient, and professional, and got the work done right on schedule. My house looks GREAT. Everyone that visits me compliments the color and feel of the carpet, and the look of the hard floor in the entry way, kitchen, utility room, and bathroom. The entire team went the extra mile time and again to ensure I was satisfied with the work. What a pleasure to deal with these guys. Start to finish, it was a great experience, and worth every dime. I can't recommend highly enough.

Project went very well.  Was and still am pleased with the carpet. 

Initial installation was not acceptable, as the installer had mismeasured the centerline and the tiles were out-of-parallel to the wall. The store owner, Byron, was contacted and he assured me that he would send the installer, a subcontractor, back to assess and correct the installation. He did come back, but did not agree with the need to reinstall. I contacted Byron again, and he said he, himself, would be out to look at the work. When he came, he had another installer and an extra box of carpet tiles... The take-up and reinstall was done the same day. 

Note:  I never felt the need to become assertive, nor was Byson ever defensive.  The way I see it, any vendor can and will make a mistake.  They way they handle such mistakes indicates the real quality that they offer.  Hoosier Carpet Outlet handled this with class.

Linoleum that they installed was not done correctly. We had to have someone else come in and repair it. They were friendly, but not very professional. We also do not think we were given a good/special price, could?ve gotten that price anywhere. Overall, it was just alright.

Hands down, Indy Carpet Outlet had the best price for the carpet that we were looking for. With 2 dogs, a child, and a limited budget we needed something stain resistant, long lasting and affordable. My parents referred us to Indy Carpet Outlet and we were pleasantly surprised. Not only were they the best price but they were also the most knowledgable and friendly. Having a 3 year old running around, touching everything while they are trying to show us carpeting can be quite trying. However they did it with a smile and lots of patience. After taking the samples home, some unplanned out-of-town emergencies happened yet Indy Carpet Outlet was very understanding about re-scheduling (multiple times) our in-home estimate. Indy Carpet Outlet listened to our carpeting concerns and matched us up with a great carpet. The installation went extremely smoothly. Since we were doing 2 of the bedrooms in a different color, and with the normal disarrangement that goes along with moving everything out of rooms, they agreed to do the installation on different days. With very little fuss, they installed the family room, hallway and 1 of the bedrooms one day; and a week later came back to do the other 2 bedrooms. Even during installation they were wonderful in helping us move furniture back and sweeping up after themselves. It was a totally wonderful experience and the carpet is perfect. Within 2 days of installing it, my daughter spilled red juice on the family room carpet. As promised by Indy Carpet Outlet, it came up without a problem and left no stain. I highly recommend Indy Carpet Outlet and look forward to using them again in the future.

They did a wonderful job. The house took 2 days to complete. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. This is the second house we have had them do and we'll have them do more if they need it.

These guys(Tom & Mike)were referred to me by Indy Carpet Outlet. They were very professional, showed up on time and did a great job!! Will definitely use them again or refer them to others.

The estimate was the correct amount, they arrived on time did a good job. Everyone from the showroom to the installers were friendly and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and any small problem (spot on carpet) was taken care of same day. Would use again.

I called Indy Carpet Outlet to get the name of a serviceman who might be able to re-attach my carpet after a leak in my refrigerator. Indy Carpet Outlet was very responsive and gave me 2 names and numbers to call. The first one came out within a day or so, replaced the pad and re-tacked my carpet. Then they moved my refrigerator back and reattached the icemaker. I feel like I got a real deal even though they were only here for about 10-15 minutes.

Owners were very knowledgeable on carpets and helpful in helping us choose the right carpet for our needs. We purchased quality carpet for master bedroom and walk in closet.
