Everything went beautifully. Oscar Garcia was well manned, professional, and did an excellent job. I will recommend him to my neighbors.

Service technician called and she would arrive early which was great! She took a look at the dryer vent and the airflow was at 8%! She stated that it should be above 15%. She went though the estimate with me and what would need to be done. She was clean, nice, professional and cleaned everything up after the job performed. The air flow rating was 31% when she was finished! She even let me keep the bag of lint for my husband to see! She did an amazing job and the company should consider her a valuable asset to their team! Great job!

on time and they explained to me that since dryer motor would not come on I would need to contact appliance repair company to solve problem. They said that repair company could clean out the vent as part of their service call. So when dryer is not working properly contact appliance company first.

I do not recommend Dryer Vent Wizard of Central Indiana. (aka Banmar Enterprises, owner: Glenn Mayfield). I hired them to clean my dryer vents last summer. Their worker arrived several hours late, used my bathroom to defecate against my wishes, and claimed to have cleaned my vents completely but didn't actually do so, as a result of all the above I had to hire a cleaning service to do a deep clean of our bathroom, which Mr. Mayfield originally agreed to pay for but subsequently refused to do so plus I had to hire another Company to complete the work that was not done, As a result, I took him and his company to court and won a monetary judgment against them.  Here's a link to the Indiana case search system, which you can use to look up the case and see the verdict by typing in the case #. https://public.courts.in.gov/mycase#/vw/search Case#:     49K07-1709-SC-004094

They called same day of my request and scheduled for the next day, which was Saturday. So big plus there. They showed up on time and called me beforehand to let me know they would be on time. I hired them and they did the work on Monday. It was great.

Called Vent Wizard on a Thursday and got a call back the same day verifying my appointment. I asked to get pricing since I did not see any on the website and the receptionist on the phone said she could give me pricing since she didn't know and a technician would call me back with info. I had to call back two more times before anyone would call me back. Got a call back on the day of the appointment after I called earlier that morning again and was told they would quote me before doing any work. The gentlemen got to my home and I told him what the problem was. My dryer overheated and blew a fuse so I wanted to see if the line was clogged or something blocking it. and he said it would be a $49 dollar charge just to be there (which no one told me before but I said ok.) He goes to the attic and checks some things out and proceeds to tell me that the vent cap was broken and needed to be replaced and he thought that was what the issue was. I asked if he could tell if the shoot needed to be cleaned and he said he wasn't going to look at it without the vent cap being replaced. I said ok so how much is that going to be? He says he is going to go to the roof and take a picture and sent it to his guy and give me a quote of how much it would be to replace. He proceeds to tell me it would be $469. I didn't see any picture and he didn't even get on the roof. He was a older guy so I didn't want to rude but I get charged for someone to come out here and he wasn't sure of what the problem really was. I am disappointed and feel like I was out $49 and didn't get any real work done.

There is a diagnostic fee of which I was not advised prior. Parts have a significant markup.
