I later called them about the iron filter because I just basically wanted information and they were ready to send somebody out with the iron filter and no explanation. They got in here and they did it quickly and they managed not to tear up the landscaping. Responsiveness was good.

It was fine. I thought the price was too expensive.

They were on time. They did a good job.

That was good. I felt like they did a really good job. They actually forgot to do something when they were there. They called me at night and said they would come and do it at any time that I need them. It was pretty personal that they called me and admitted that they made a little mistake. It was not a big deal. They just forgot to do a stab but they called me over the phone. It just felt like there was a personal touch. It was really good.

The system is running well. The system is running fine.

The electrical is in the crawl space so I was unable to get in there to see what the issue was. They went under in the crawl space and it turned out that the braker was turned off . They did a great job. The cost was reasonable. Very professional and considerate. They took care of things in a kind way, very good people.

The workers used a digging machine to find points on either side of the leak and a trenching machine to dig down to lay the new line which did not follow the old line due to obstructions. The workers were experienced and avoided other underground things such as an electric line. They finished on time. They left a huge mound of dirt since they claimed it would slowly compact into the hole. They were right. They did offer a more expensive option of boring the water line instead of trenching which would have been less messy. Problem was solved.

Very responsive and they provided us with good options in terms of function and price.

It couldn't have gone any better. I was really impressed and I will recommend them to anyone.

Arrived on time on a Saturday for emergency service. Quickly finished troubleshooting problem, made recommendations with two options and allowed me time to call a friend for advice on which to choose. Completed work efficiently. Arranged to come back on Monday for clean out. Clean out was also on time and completed efficiently. Workers and management treated me extremely well as a customer. They went above and beyond to be sure everything was right! Have best water pressure ever after 20 years on this well.

Josh and Mike arrived on time and quickly went to work to diagnose our low water pressure problem. They started with an inspection and as they probed deeper into the system they updated me on what they were investigating and what the repair cost would be if a problem was found with those system components. The information provided on pros & cons of my options for the repair was very helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision. As part of their investigation an unrelated issue with the foundation drain tile was found, which they documented with pictures for me. As a suggestion, because there are always opportunities for improvement, C&J might consider a better system for organizing inbound calls, scheduling work and communicating back to customers. It makes sense that they must prioritize the customers who have no water and the team was very friendly but not sure of how long it would take to get to my job on our initial contact. I will absolutely use C&J again if I need help with my well!

It didn't go well as the task required the pump to be pulled out of the well. Our well has a iron liner that had rusted over the years and the pump got stuck on the way up. We discussed our options and they pushed the pump back down into the well and cleaned up the site and went on their way. I was impressed by their professionalism, and ability to communicate the problem. I would definitely recommend them.

It was still operating fine but it turned out that they discovered that I have iron filter water softener. There was a test that bypassed iron filter and I have perfect water pressure again. It was a waste of call. I had a bad iron filter that was so clogged up with gunk that it wasn't passing water at that point. They had to charge me $50 service call. Maybe I would have figured it myself. It was embarrassing that I didn’t find the problem myself. I have no problem with them at all. I would call them in a heartbeat for anything. They did it professionally and quickly. If I ever need them again, I would be the first one to call them. I got them through Angie’s List. I check Angie’s List any time before I need to have any work done. With the lightning strike, I was pretty desperate. Angie’s List is a big help.

They do great work. The insurance paid most of it.

They came out to fix something. When they fixed it, they said something else was broken. It ended up being expensive. I don't know if it was their fault or not, but I paid. I would get quotes. I would not not use them.

Good. Employees are helpful, courteous, and seem to take their time and pride. Had a 1 hp pump put in that is a constant pressure, well clean out. 10 year warranty that's prorated. Line connected from well to pump.

Once the ground thawed, we noticed a "spring" of water coming up from the ground. We thought a pipe may have busted during the unusually cold winter. We contacted CJ Welling after business hours. They were very polite and told us what the next steps should be. They said they would see if they could get out the next morning. Around 7:30am we saw a guy marking the properties from 811 Dig and around 8am a 2 man crew arrived with heavy equipment and ready for work. They had to dig up the yard to get to the well and replace the pipe. They also had to get into the crawlspace to work as well. He showed me things about our water softener and compression tank that I did not know before to help with pressure in the house. I feel like they went above and beyond. They worked hard without any breaks. Considering it was a whole day and they had to use the heavy machinery, I felt like $1200 was a great price. The entire process was easy and professional and would recommend reaching out to them. If we need work again, we will certainly call them.

called them this morning. they came out this afternoon. they called ahead to let me know they were going to be an hour later than originally estimated. they were quick and knew their stuff. took them 15 minutes to assess. took them 30 minutes to fix. they were in and out in 60 minutes. a good price. I highly recommend.

It was expensive. He got here on time He looked at the problem I was having and told me everything was good there. He did an inspection on the tank and said it needed to be replaced and asked him to come back another day. He said he needed to look at one more thing. He said the whole well pump needed to be replace and I had everything replaced that day. I thought quality was good but thought the price was high but not sure how to judge the price. He was professional. They have a 10 year warranty on it.

Poor communication; one must not rely solely on Angie's List to communicate, client to company, for proper response. Work was never done but, I could not say whether or not I'd consider again.

Went great! Turned on faucet and had no water. (On a well system). Reviewed the list of companies who were certified to work on wells. Telephoned two different companies. C & J was the most reasonably priced and reviews were good. I called, got scheduled and within a few hours they were at my residence. They accessed the problem, told me what was wrong and completed the job within a short period of time. Was back in business with running water. Both gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you

They were able to get to us in just a couple days. They showed up on time and were polite. They agreed we needed a new tank but said the pressure loss was outside. The well pump was working so the problem was between the pump and the house. They said that to find it they would need to retrench the entire water line. They convinced us this was the only way to fix the problem. So they started at the house and dug through our brick walkway, all across our front yard, across our gravel driveway and into the middle of our garden where the well is. What they found was that the attachment right at the pump was rotten. They replaced it with a brass part. I was disappointed that they didn't find that when they checked the well pump. It would have saved a lot of money and a huge mess. Also, since they put the well in to begin with, I was disappointed that they didn't use brass when that was done in the first place. This fix cost a lot of money and left our yard, driveway and garden a massive muddy mound. We put a lot of work into making our yard, driveway and garden look good again over the spring and summer but the scars left from the work are still very evident.

I am on a well and my water went out Christmas eve at 8:30 pm. Called the emergency no water number and spoke with George at 9:00am on Christmas Day. Told me they would call back before 9:00am Friday. George also told me to go to their web site and print off the coupon which saved me $50 on my service call. George called at 8am and Jonathon (service tech) called me at 9. Said they would be at my house between 11:00and 1 and they would call first. Called me at 12:40 and were here at 1:00, They identified the problem in five minutes, had repairs completed and done in less than 30 minutes and I had full running water again. I asked about well services they provided and Jonathon explained all that the company offers. I had to ask, no pressure, no big sales pitch. Very professional and easy to talk with.

They were very polite and I have no complaints. I would recommend them.

C&J is WONDERFUL and will be my first call from now on! They were able to get me in first thing the next morning- which was very good considering we have 4 kids and had been without water for going on 6 days. A plumber we hired to fix a leak in our main line ended up making it worse and the whole main line busted open. Gary from C&J was able to locate the problem and had it all fixed in about an hour. Very professional and honest, we appreciated not feeling like we were trying to be sold equipment or services we didn't need. Some of these companies take advantage of the desperateness of your situation and try to corner you into things, not C&J. We will definitely hire them in the future and recommend them to anyone.--Ditch your plumber and hire C&J!!
