At C&J Well Co. Service, Pumps, & Drilling, we provide Central Indiana with state-of-the-art well and geothermal drilling and a full-service maintenance team. In addition to drilling, we perform service calls and maintenance checkups and replace pressure tanks and pumps in existing systems. C&J is a family-owned and operated business with a dedicated staff and many satisfied customers. We offer competitive prices without compromising the integrity of our services. They dug and repaired a underground pipe with a patch. The problem has reoccur ed 6 months later. The whole section of pipe should have been replaced! Now it's going to cost DOUBLE to re-repair...

"This is a common problem with the old galvanized piping. This is why we always give the option to replace the entire length of piping when we discover a buried galvy line. Not everyone chooses to replace the entire thing due to cost and convenience, but we recommend and estimate the entire line to be replaced when it starts leaking. Sorry for the issue. Please call to see if we can work you a partial credit towards the full replacement. We will be happy to work with you."

They did a very good job. They came and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond. They told me what was wrong and they fixed it. There was another problem that I didn't know about and he told me about that too. He fixed it. He did a really good job. They did really well. They told me they couldn't come for a few days but if they got somebody cancelled, they would call me and come early. They came early. I had to be here to sign the paper when they came. After that, they did the work. They called me when it was done. They did a good job. They took care of everything. They followed up too.

Everything went fine. It was my son's home and he had moved so I got kind of stuck doing it. So they came out and checked it out. They checked the pump and serviced it and just did like a tuneup thing. But everything was okay. We did have the well tested to make sure that the water was good. They were great. I thought they were reasonable for what they did, just the peace of mind knowing that everything was okay. So I was very happy with it. They came within a week or less, which was fine because we didn't have an urgent situation, nobody was living there. So the schedule they set was fine for us. They probably had more urgent matters ahead of us because we were not urgent. They scheduled it and they were there when they said they would be. I think they were there on time because my husband probably wouldn't have waited around.

I later called them about the iron filter because I just basically wanted information and they were ready to send somebody out with the iron filter and no explanation. They got in here and they did it quickly and they managed not to tear up the landscaping. Responsiveness was good.

That was good. I felt like they did a really good job. They actually forgot to do something when they were there. They called me at night and said they would come and do it at any time that I need them. It was pretty personal that they called me and admitted that they made a little mistake. It was not a big deal. They just forgot to do a stab but they called me over the phone. It just felt like there was a personal touch. It was really good.

The electrical is in the crawl space so I was unable to get in there to see what the issue was. They went under in the crawl space and it turned out that the braker was turned off .
They did a great job. The cost was reasonable. Very professional and considerate. They took care of things in a kind way, very good people.

The workers used a digging machine to find points on either side of the leak and a trenching machine to dig down to lay the new line which did not follow the old line due to obstructions. The workers were experienced and avoided other underground things such as an electric line. They finished on time. They left a huge mound of dirt since they claimed it would slowly compact into the hole. They were right. They did offer a more expensive option of boring the water line instead of trenching which would have been less messy. Problem was solved.
